Spacious apartment tucked away in the 15th

We loved the size of this apartment. The amenities were great, and we appreciated the ease of checking in. The most challenging thing about the apartment is that it doesn’t have air conditioning and they did not have any fans. It was very hot when we were there, and that made it challenging to sleep. We had to go buy our own fan. The grocery store right across the street and the bakery at the corner were very handy. We found three metro stops all within 10-20 minutes from the location, and we appreciated that convenience. I wish there had been some better basic supplies; paper towels, trash can liners, and a decent bread knife!

Great location and amazing cost performance!

The apartment is surrounded by several grocery stores, including the supermarket right in front, all of which have a great selection of products, making daily life very convenient. We primarily used the bus for most of our travel during this stay. Besides bus route 95, which is closest to the apartment, there are many other bus stops within a 5-minute walk. This made it incredibly convenient to get anywhere by utilizing transfers. We stayed for 10 days and everyone returned home very satisfied.

Lovely Paris Apartment

This was our first trip to Paris and we could not have found a better place to stay for our family. Safe, quiet, and great location! All communications on how to get to the apartment from the airport via the metro, check-in process, recommendations on where to eat and how to get around were fantastic. Genevieve was so kind and thorough that once we got settled in to the place, we felt like we were home. The apartment is right across from Lidl which made it perfect to grab daily food. We visited the patisserie right down the road EVERY day. Our family, (18) for all four of us, are walkers so we walked everywhere to capture the essence of Paris. The apartment is in a safe location as we were out the door by 8:00 a.m. and not back till 22:30 every night taking in everything Paris has to offer. Phenomenal vacation that all starts with having a safe, warm place to call home (especially when you are away from home!)

Great Apartment, plenty of space!

My family of four had plenty of room to spread out in this apartment. Three bedrooms was a huge plus. The kitchen had everything needed, including a washer and dryer. The owner met us upon arrival to show us how everything worked, which was very helpful. Just FYI, there’s no AC, or fans if you plan on going during the hot months. Great balcony doors/windows

Reasonably priced for its size and location. Very comfortable, clean, and very well furnished. Large compared to properties closer to the Latin quarter apartments. Fully equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with the owner.

nice large space

Nice large space for 4 adults. it is a 15 minute walk or a short bus ride to the metro or train station. Markets close, quiet neighborhood location, lots of bathrooms. Could use some aesthetic updating. Host met us and explained all appliances which was helpful.

Nice 3bdr place in 15th arrondissement

Very accurate representation in the listing. 3 bdr, 2 bath. Cozy comfortable place . Shopping and restaurants nearby (try the Peruvian place around the corner). Only drawback was we were in Paris during a huge heatwave and it was hot in the flat, but that's certainly not the host's fault! Overall, a good place to stay if you need extra bedrooms.

Wonderful Apartment in Paris

A wonderful place

Relaxing and Convenient

Genevieve was very responsive, start to finish. The flat was very clean and comfortable for the 5 of us. The location directly across the street from a grocery store, 1/2 block to a bus stop & easy 8 minute walk to the metro, easy 5 minute walk to neighborhood cafes, etc. all made this a great rental. All appliances are well-maintained & it’s easy to get to downtown Paris. Fans in the bedrooms with lots of open air & balconies were a plus.

A charming Paris home away from home.

The apt. is so big! Clean and well stocked with linens and cooking utensils. Everything worked perfectly and the hosts were very prompt to respond through the VRBO site. Quite neighborhood outside the tourist areas, but easy bus and metro rides to all attractions. I would be happy to stay here again.

Paris adventure

We enjoyed our use of the apartment which was perfect for 3 people. It is not in a "tourist" area so restaurants are few but there is a small grocery store across the street and a number of places for breakfast and drinks. The 95 bus stop was close and took us to the train station. Some walking involved to metro stations and other bus stops.

Nice apartment

We had plenty of space, so much nicer than 2 hotel rooms. Easy access to bus line to get to tourist areas. Apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. Kitchen for breakfast then out all day. Recommend without reservation.

Nice and roomy apartment

We really enjoyed this apartment for our family of 5. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms really helped us feel like we had plenty of room. Overall the rental was a bit on the dated side with some of the furnishings, but that didn't affect our comfort. What really affected our comfort was the unusual record heatwave that descended upon Paris during our entire stay at this property. As like most places in Paris (and much of Europe for that matter), the property had no air conditioning, so I must say it was hot during our stay. Most of Paris is just not prepared for this type of heat, so although it was very warm in the rental, that would be typical of most rentals anyway (just bad luck for us during the heatwave). I will say that we asked the host for an additional fan to help our situation and they were very responsive and provided a fan quickly, so that is to be commended. The location was a bit away from the famous attractions, but within a 7 to 10 minute walk to a nearby train station, the train can get you pretty much anywhere you need to go within 30 minutes or less. Its super convenient to have a grocery store right across the street and some restaurants within a short walk as well. Overall, this rental was very nice and spacious for a group of 5 and we would recommend.

Large, bright apartment

Everything we need for our family of six! Great communication, and easy check in process. This secure apartment is larger then it appears in pictures. Several shops, grocery stores, and pharmacies nearby. Public transportation is nearby, but we opted to walk to all the attractions we wanted to see. Walking allowed us to enjoy various neighborhoods, and cafes as we came and went from sites. Thanks for the great stay.

Bus stop (direct service to Gare Montparnasse and le Louvre) a few steps away and metro station about 10 minute walk. Complete, good quality kitchen accessories. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms are well dimensioned. Grocery store and very good boulangerie a few steps away. Excellent price/quality ratio.

Spacious & very well situated- great owner.

The apartment was spacious and accommodated very well our family of 6. Very well situated, supermarket across the road, & a bus station almost down the building. The owner was very helpful, very cooperative, & very professional. She provided us with all details needed & thankfully arranged for our late night arrival. This apartment is a home away from home.

COMFORTABLE PROPERTY

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is very convenient to many of the noted sites (within walking distance to the Tower) or to public transportation (buses and subway/trains). Great apartment and great location

My wife, another couple and I stayed at the apartment and we couldn't have asked for anything better. When we arrived, at the schedule time, there was someone to meet us and show us around the apartment and how to use the various appliances, including a clothes washer and dryer. We were driving and they told us of a parking garage just around the corner. We were able to take advantage of the kitchen by having several meals there including a number of runs to the bakery for baguette and croissants. There are few of restaurants within a block or two to satisfy any craving for French cuisine. There are also several markets in the area to stock the refrigerator. We found this to be an excellent apartment and look forward to staying there again in the future
