You have the entire apartment to yourself for the duration of your rental. No one else is allowed to enter.
3 rooms Apartment with Beddings for 6/7 people: 6/7 people can sleep in 3 different rooms because the Apartment gets 2 bedrooms (Sleeps 4) and 1 living room with a sofa-bed (Sleeps 2). Because the living room gets a door and is completely isolated from the other rooms for a real privacy it is considered as a 3rd bedroom according to the French regulation. (No need to cross the living room to access to the other rooms). If needed: There is also a comfortable mattress to be put on the floor for a 7th person if requested and 1 Baby
IF YOU ARE 7 PEOPLE, THE 7th PERSON WILL SLEEP IN A BEDROOM BUT ONLY ON A COMFORTABLE MATTRESS!

The apartment is situated really nearby the Eiffel Tower, in the BEST and SAFEST area of Paris, located on the edge of Arrondissement 7 and Arrondissement 15

EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION / BEST DISTRICT:
You are located very centrally, in the nicest district of Paris, really close to the Eiffel Tower, a very beautiful and very safe place. The Eiffel Tower is located in the park Champs-de-Mars and the apartment is located at the edge of it. This is a perfect location to visit the Paris main touristic places by walk or metro. So, if you want to visit Paris by walk, you will definitely choose this place! Plus you will live in a very high level standing district (equivalent to NYC Central Park East side)
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
You will live in an apartment that is exactly like the photos on this website, the ones that allowed you to choose it. It is a typically French place to live and not an apart-hotel. Consequently, all objects are personalized, are not new and in perfect condition as is the case in any home which is a real place to live. You will reside among objects, photos, antiques, and books. Don't expect to find an empty apartment. That said, you have plenty of room to store your things in the cupboards as you can see in my photos.
I took all the pictures myself, so they are not optimized by special effects made by a professional, and all the outside ones have been taken in the 50 yards around of the apartment. The apartment is exactly as shown on my pictures and it is clean, bright, quiet and safe.
The rooms' distribution is perfect (you can check it on my picture of its plan):
- 1 ENTRANCE large enough to allow me to install my office
- 1 LIVING-ROOM with 1 sofa-bed Sleeps 2 adults
- 1 KITCHEN a fully equipped for cooking
- 2 BEDROOMS: 1 master bedroom with 1 King size bed Sleeps 2 adults and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk beds (adults size 90X190 and comfortable) Sleeps 2 adults or kids, kids friendly.
- 1 TOILET separate
- 1 BATHROOM with 1 Bath & Shower
- PARKING located under the building, public but secured, payable by yourself inside the Parking at its Parking meter.
YOU HAVE THE ENTIRE APARTMENT for the proposed price where you will have enough space for your own personal belongings. You will find the premises as you see it on my pictures
I am the owner, The apartment manager will stay available for any assistance during the time of your stay and we both speak English fluently
Apartment in a modern style building
Located at the 2nd floor with direct and quick access with 2 elevators or stairs. The right elevator (check my pictures) is very large adapted to wheelchairs and child strollers
CLEAN: Apartment is clean and interior of the building too. At the end of stay, a deep cleaning of the apartment is always made by a professional. I will ask you for Cleaning Fee like for every Guest because you benefit of the deep cleaning paid by the previous Guest
QUIET: View on a large quiet green Courtyard
BRIGHT: Orientation South West + Large double doors French windows let in plenty of sun light all day long
SAFE: High security under the supervision of the Janitor living in the 1st floor of the building. Access to the building controlled by 2 doors with digital codes (Access security pass provided). Video monitoring by the Janitor
BEDDING DESCRIPTION: Very comfortable up to 6 people in 3 separated rooms:
- 1 MASTER BEDROOM with 1 King size bed Sleeps 2 people (180cmX190cm)
- BEDROOM 1 with 2 bunk beds: separated beds Sleeps 2 people: 1 Bunk bed: Upper bed (90cmX190cm) accessible with a secured bed ladder + Lower bed (with an electric bed frame to adjust the mattress position (90X190cm), Kids friendly. Kids adore sleeping on the top bed and to play with the electric bed frame of the lower bed. - 1 extra bed (comfortable mattress on the floor) for a 7th person on request
- BEDROOM 2 is in the LIVING-ROOM with 1 Queen Size Sofa-bed Sleeps 2 people (160cmX190cm) + 1 couch for eventually a 8th person

Hello dear Guest! I am the owner of this apartment and I am born Parisian. I did Assas University then La Sorbonne University and got 2 PhD, one in Law and one in Economic siences. I have been travelling a lot all my life, for fun as much as for my work. I worked as a manager in a famous American firm based in California, later in an Australian one, then in a German company. I have lots of American friends everywhere in USA and all over the World. I have travelled a lot in USA, a country that I love. I also have family living in Australia which I consider as a marvellous country as well.
Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade
I have chosen to live here since 2000 because of its very central location. That way I do not need to drive a car in Paris and I can easily walk to all my favourite places. Indeed I wanted to live in a nice, quiet and safe district, as close as possible from the Eiffel Tower. Because I love watching the Eiffel Tower when I cross the Park Champs-de-mars nearby, especially at night because the way the tower is light makes a magnificent show every night! Indeed I like to live near a park because I love space and nature.

You will really enjoy the central location, the best area of Paris, walk in a safe neighborhood, watching the magic lights of the Eiffel Tower when crossing the Park every evening, enjoy the supermarket on your doorstep, enjoy of the outdoor market at 2 minutes by walk, make your sport in the nearby park every morning, a fast access to every kind of public transportation, and live and sleep in a very quiet, clean, comfortable and bright apartment...
