95 Rock offers a unique Killington vacation experience. It's hard to say which season is best suited for this secluded home that sits on over 3 private acres with summer in-ground pool and year-round large hot tub. Our perfectly located home is 10 minutes away the Killington Ski Area and the access road with great restaurants and nightlife, 10 minutes from Pico and 3 minutes from the Green Mountain National Golf course. Having both privacy and being able to easily and quickly get to the base lodge or grab a Goombay Smash at The Lookout is hard to come by!

We purchased this home in February 2016 and completely re-furnished and decorated in a rustic cabin vibe (including our 5' 5" chainsaw bear that greets you when you walk in). We have rented homes with large groups many times in the Killington area and took everything we had learned from those experiences when designing and furnishing this home. We very often use this home ourselves, and our main goal is having a comfortable and fun stay for everyone in the group by making sure there are enough beds, seating and space for each guest. This large home boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, currently sleeping 12 with new regulations with multiple configuration options. The full hallway bathroom upstairs was renovated in 2022 and the master bathroom in 2024. This home also offers a dining room which has enough seating for the whole group and friends! No need for eating dinner in shifts or in separate areas - everyone can enjoy a meal at the end of the day together by the fireplace.

Our home is perfect for entertaining and enjoying your family and friends with a large eat-in kitchen equipped with a Wolf 6-burner gas range, Brand new 2021 Liebherr fridge, under counter beer fridge and many different sitting areas to hang out with your group. The kitchen opens into a living room area that has a 50 inch LED Samsung Frame Smart TV that connects to the fabulous screened in porch. There is also a den that has a 50 inch LED smart TV next to a large open deck with grill. The basement has a 60 inch LED smart TV with Bose surround sound with a couch that can seat up to 13 people comfortably, fireplace, pool table and a workout room. Wi-Fi is top of the line for simultaneous streaming on the smart TVs and video conferencing for work. There are two Sonos Soundbars on the main floor for perfect music listening.

July Gathering

So nice to have the pool to cool off in. We seemed to have picked the hottest week to be there. House is well equipped and flows well. Porches could use a good cleaning as well as the window sills, but overall it accommodates big families well.

Great Ski House

We had an excellent time at 95 Rock. The house was comfortable for three families with plenty of entertainment for the kids. Kitchen was particularly well stocked. Great location near Killington that made getting back and forth to the mountain convenient. Owners were responsive and friendly.

Perfect ski getaway

We had a great week for skiing! The place was more than enough room for two families of 4 (4 adults, 4 kids). Very well equipped for basic needs and entertainment. Very reasonable to access Killington/Pico. Hosts very communicative. Would highly recommend and return!

Absolutely Wonderful

My family rents a house every year for a family ski weekend. This was by far the best house we have rented so far! It was roomy, functional & very clean. Great chefs kitchen stocked with spices and misc. items. The dining room plenty big enough for my entire family to enjoy meals, and the small table in the kitchen great for game play! The beds were comfortable and cozy. The play room was great for the little ones! We will definitely be back!

Great for a group

Our extended family stayed at this great house for a long weekend in Killington. It’s an easy drive to the mountain and is situated on a beautiful property. The bedrooms are spacious - especially the primary, and there are 3 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room table is HUGE and perfect for your whole group to be able to enjoy a meal together. There are heated mats leading to the hot tub which were great so we didn’t have to shovel a path after it snowed. Check-in was painless and the hosts were very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Killington!

Great Year-Round Property!

The house was a perfect space for my family to gather together, ages ranged from infant through adults and everyone had a great time! The pool and hottub were both amazing and in great shape, the fully stocked kitchen and tons of extra towells made things so easy to feel right at home. I can’t say enough positives about Greg as a host, super responsive and beey helpful for any information about the house / area.

Great Stay

perfect 4th of july weekend

We sincerely enjoyed our stay in Killington! Our group of friends spent the weekend of the 4th and it was great - we would definitely book again! Communication and check-in was seamless. The location of the house was perfect - secluded but not a far drive from shops and restaurants.

Great House for groups!

Group of friends getting together for our annual ski trip. The house was perfect. More than we expected when it came to amenities. Very pretty home. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Vermont hideaway

We adored the spaciousness and homey atmosphere of this property. Moreover, we have never enjoyed abundance of space and provisions in the kitchen and enormous dining room. The pool was a bonus, the beds were comfy and having two laundries was beyond the pale. Checkin was easy; commnication was effortless. There were a few small issues/repairs—all readily correctable—discussed with owners.

Perfect place for a getaway!

My large group stayed in July and the heated pool and hot tub both provided the perfect entertainment! The house is very well stocked (TP, kitchen has pots/pans/plates/cups/ utensils, trash bags, tinfoil, DW soap, all bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner and plenty of shower and hand towels etc...). The house was very spacious and thoughtfully designed. Plenty of privacy and nice quiet dirt roads, which were great for a nature walk or run. The hosts were quick to respond and check in was a breeze. The appliances are top notch, and the bonus beer fridge in the kitchen was a great touch. Excellent house and location, and we hope to stay there again!

Comfortable Cozy Home

Comfortable, cozy home. Great bedrooms. Awesome jacuzzi. Two washers and dryers. Huge dining room comfortablely seats over 13 people. Great location, roughly 15 minute drive to ski. Owners responsive and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful week in the mountains

We loved our week at this house. It is in the middle of the woods and a peaceful retreat. The heated private in ground pool was relaxing, and all of the family, 2 legged and 4 legged loved the screened in porch. The house literally has everything you could need, from bath products to tissues and food storage bags! Best stocked house we have ever stayed at. We also loved the extensive assortment of fans, which kept the house cool and comfortable without air conditioning. Killington is 15 minutes away and we enjoyed the adventure park they have at the mountain. Just bring your clothes and food and enjoy a restful vacation!

Relaxing spot - great for a big group!

We had a great time at Greg and Danielle's place! It is remote enough to feel disconnected yet close to everything you need. The pool is fantastic, we spent every afternoon lounging there. The yard is beautiful and the surrounding woods a dream for 4 kids under the age of 10. Owners were extremely responsive and accessible with any questions we had. We would love to go back in the winter too! Thank you for your hospitality!

Cute, Cozy & Convenient Winter Getaway

Danielle & Greg were the most amazing host! Their beautiful home was the perfect set up for my friends and I to enjoy a ski weekend! The house was in a perfect spot and close to town allowing us to do some exploring. Due to some severely cold temperatures, Danielle & Greg were very generous & flexible with check in/out allowing us to maximum our getaway! They were both very kind and answered any questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this Vrbo listing, & would visit again😀

Absolutely Perfect House (And Great Owners Too)!

We booked this house to go skiing in February. The house is spacious, extremely well-equipped, and packed with great features like the hot tub and billiard table. The dining room table is fantastic for larger groups. Proximity to the mountain and town are very close - it took us about 10 minutes to get to the mountain. Everyone in our group commented on how great the house was and how perfect it was for everyone -- we had parents, children, and grandparents with us and everyone had fun. Terrific owners as well -- extremely easy to communicate with. If you are planning a winter ski trip or a summer trip to Killington you should absolutely book this house - it will exceed your expectations.

Lots of space in the heart of Killington

Our group of 12 (six kids and six adults) really enjoyed our week-long stay in Killington. The home was very spacious with several seating areas, five bedrooms, a huge dining table, and a private front and back yard. The furnishings were comfortable, modern, and in good condition. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they responded quickly to our texts. The pool heater was unfortunately broken throughout our trip and the hosts were responsive, sending workers out to troubleshoot the issue several times. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi and the fire pit on cooler evenings. One thing to note for future renters is that the Fire Sticks were temperamental, but since we traveled with our Apple TV, it wasn't an issue for us. All in all, we would recommend this home for a winter or summer getaway!

Great house, could use a few extras

All and all this house had PLENTY of room for our visit with five adults and three kids (15, 11, and 2). You can tell the owners are working on making updates, which are appreciated. Although not a lot of updates are needed to have a great stay. We enjoyed the pool and the downstairs living room area. We rented for a summer stay, so we spend most of our time at the house just hanging out. We also felt the kitchen supplies were a lacking some. We tend not to eat out much on vacation and we were disappointed that there were no cookie sheets, blender or other "oven" baking bowls. Also this may already be on the improvement list for the owners, but the steps to the pool are a little dangerous. With the steps having a wooden outline, but the actual step part being a stone that are very uneven and sunk in it left them hard to walk down without tripping. Also the plants around the steps really needed to be cut back. We also would have enjoyed A/C units in at least the bedrooms. We had a few nights were it was pretty warm, even in VT. All and all it was a beautiful house, with lots of room, great kitchen space, huge dining room table for family meals, a big clean pool, and was very secluded. We loved not being too close to other neighbors. It was also great having a large screened in porch. The hot tub looked great too, but it was too warm while we were there to try it out. Thanks for the great stay.

Hello! We are Greg and Danielle Sherrill. We got married in October 2015 and quickly decided to move on to our next adventure together and bought our Killington vacation home in February 2016 while living in NYC. We live in Monmouth County NJ and love escaping to the mountains for relaxation and fun.

We loved how this home was quiet and secluded but also very close to skiing, restaurants and nightlife (You can only see one home during the winter and none in the summer). We also loved how much space this home gave us to work with. When designing this home, we not only wanted to accommodate a large group, but we wanted it to be comfortable for everyone.
