Country Club Retreat with Shaded Courtyards, Casita, and Hot Tub

This charming, open-concept home offers separate bedroom/bathroom quarters for up to three couples. The central great-room includes a spacious kitchen, with granite counters, stainless appliances, and expansive bar that overlooks the comfortable Living Room with a large television and built-in sound system. There is room for six to eat at the inside dining table or on the shaded patio. The Great-room overlooks the backyard pavestone patio, fountain, and Italian mosaics.

The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, large flat-screen television, en suite bathroom (tub, walk-in shower, double-sinks, water closet), and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom Two is located inside the main house. It has a queen-size bed, flat-screen television, and access to a full bathroom (tub/shower).

Bedroom Three is located off the front courtyard in a private Casita. it has a queen-size bed, flat screen television, and en suite full bathroom (tub/shower).

If you have been counting, that is a total of four televisions. The television in the Living Room is a Smart TV. The house also has password protected wi-fi, a built-in sound system, and blu-ray player.

The patios create additional living spaces. They are finished with pavers and shaded by ramadas. The Front Courtyard has a sofa, two chairs, coffee table, and a bar-high entertainment table with fire-bowl. The Back Patio has a sofa, two chairs, coffee table, six-seat dining table, gas grill, fountain, and built-in hot tub. Beautiful mosaics depict scenes of the Mediterranean.

The home is fully modern and includes a washing machine, dryer, soft water system, reverse osmosis filtration system, microwave, and dishwasher. The garage accommodates two standard size cars.

Note: During the Summer Season, the Rental Rate does NOT include the utilities. Electric, water, and gas will be charged separately or deducted from the deposit, based on consumption during the time of stay and copies of the actual bills will be available for tenant.
