Plenty of amenities- ice chest, beach chairs, boards and SUP. Close to beautiful beaches and the famous Hanalei Bay and Napali coast. Located on a 5 acre resort with market and shops nearby. Great Family Vacation!

Our family had a great vacation here. Plenty of space for my husband and I and our three children. The condo was well stocked with beach toys including chairs, coolers, paddle boards, boogie boards and more. Would stay here again!

Great home away from home

Four of us - my husband and I and our daughter and her husband spent a week at this spacious, well-stocked condo. A great location with excellent amenities! The bedroom and bathroom in the loft would be perfect for children or another couple. I highly recommend this place.

More than expected

This place was perfect for family of 6. 2 king beds and set of twin beds in a loft. Such an adorable place to stay. Close to the golf course, walking paths, close to food and activities within the community. The condo was clean with extra amenities if needed. We loved it so much we plan to be back.

Great stay!

Perfect location to explore the North end of Kauai. Minutes from Princeville Center and its restaurants and grocery store. A few minutes more and you're in gorgeous Hanalei. The apartment has a dedicated parking spot and was more than big enough for our group of 4 adults, with each couple having its own bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

7 days in Kauai

Perfect condo for our stay with 5 adults. Plenty of room and the loft with half bath was a nice plus. Best stocked rental we've stayed in-kitchen had all cookware needed for just about anything. The boogie boards, chairs and ice chests were great for daily fun. A couple issues were resolved quickly with the property manager. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo.

Great little condo

This condo was everything we needed for 4 adults. The Lani was perfect for eating meals, enjoying breakfast/coffee in the morning. Just one recommendation, shower liners need replaced as they're moldy (it happens) definitely not a big deal. Condo was very cool and comfortable. Would stay here again!!! Mahalo

Sandpiper Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Having a variety of beach items to borrow was great. The beds were very comfortable and having 2-1/2 baths was great with two adults and four children sharing the space. We were able to walk to many Princeville locations, although it was quite a walk/hike to access any beaches by foot. We could access many fantastic beaches by vehicle within 5-20mins. Having a hot tub in the pool area was a bonus as well.

Very nice condo

We had some issues with the refrigerator and the owner, Bill, was very responsive to try and resolve the issue ASAP. This is the second time we stayed at this condo and it did not disappoint. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, and paddle boards available. The unit was clean. The WIFI worked well.

Comfortable and quaint condo

Great location-close to everything in Princeville, easy to access Hideaway and Hanalei beach front. Clean unit with chairs, umbrella and boggie boards on the alternate patio. No a/c but there are enough fans that it was cool and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood!

Excellent location

This place was great!! Had so much room. I would definitely stay here again. I have come in the winter it wasn’t as humid. Just something to keep in mind , during the day it does get pretty hot in the rooms. I don’t think this would be so much an issue winter months since I personally felt it wasn’t as hot and humid. I loved that the condo had chairs and coolers and the loft was amazing for two boys! Jim was great!! Answered all of our questions!!

Hawaiian Bliss

Great central location in Princeville with the golf course as a beautiful backdrop! The condo is pretty spacious with 2 very nice sized bedrooms plus an upstairs loft via a cool spiral staircase. We spent a lot of the time (when we weren’t out exploring the island) on the back deck (lanai) and enjoyed all the birds who came to visit! We did have a slight mismatch about the parking pass and the instructions we received from the property management company, but Jim was very quick to respond and provide clarification. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Jim!

Great Place for a Family

Our family of 5 stayed for seven nights in this spacious condo. It was larger than we expected with three bathrooms, a loft with two beds, and two king sized beds. We were able to do laundry, make meals and use the boogie boards, coolers and chairs that were provided. Our teenage daughters loved using the pool and hot tub after our adventures each day. It is located on a main road, so there is a lot of road noise. However, everything else was great!

Great Vacation Soot

House was beautiful. All the little things you don’t think of were checked off. Neighborhood was awesome as well. Princeville is beautiful and you could appreciate that beauty from either balcony available. Overall great stay. There is no AC in the house, which was my only issue. They did have plenty of fans and it got quite chilly overnight. If it weren’t for the crispy summer we’ve had, the AC wouldn’t have been missed. I’d still come back again.

Perfect Kauai Vacation

Great property and location. Had an assigned parking pass which was invaluable. Watched every day as others had trouble parking as the front lot was full. Had lots of beach toys and chairs. Some of the chairs and the umbrella were not usable, but we had taken our own so wasn’t an issue. Had everything you needed in the kitchen, but no toaster. Rained for about two hours during the day in our entire two week stay. Close to Hanalei bay for great bogey boarding and to Anini beach for snorkeling and turtle watching. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit.

9 nights in princeville

Had a great stay at this condo conveniently located close to all the great beaches on the north shore of Kauai. Condo was larger than it appeared in photos. Two full-size king bedrooms each with their own attached bathroom and a loft upstairs(spiral staircase) with a powder room which was perfect for my little kids to share. Condo kitchen was fully equipped with all pots, pans, and appliances to make meals. There even was a blender and a baby gate for the top of the stairs at night time. Property owner bill was very communicative and helpful with a few minor issues that came up. Condo got hot during the day which is expected but every room had fans which helped keep it cool at night. All the beach chairs, snorkel gear and boogie boards were provided as well. Condo is at a super nice complex with a great pool and hot tub just a few steps away. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Place with plenty of room

Our family of five struggles finding places that are affordable with enough room. This place was perfect! Comfortable for us to spend the full 8 days without going crazy with each other. Clean and easy to get to Hanalei with a 10 minute drive.

Lovely location

I’ve visited Kauai a few times this year. Location was very clean and was bigger than expected. Very cozy beds. We loved the lanai for breakfast and dinner. Host provided plenty of boogie birds, paddle boards, coolers and chairs more than most locations I’ve rented from. Host advised no AC, plenty of fans provided for the evenings but if your visiting in summer months I would recommend to stay busy with outside activities until sun goes down. Host was helpful for issues that arose prior to arriving which I really appreciated and I would definitely rebook.

Amazing stay!

My friends and I stayed at the condo for 6 nights and loved it. There is plenty of space for everyone and there is everything you need and more! Location is great, walking distance to Princeville and short drive to Hanalei. Would definitely stay there again.
