Renovated apartment a few metres from Levante beach, Benidorm. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and hairdryer and capacity for 4 people.

Accommodation of 65 m² cosy and very bright, 15 m² of glazed terrace with sea and city views.



It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, 1 ceiling fan, 2 Televisions (Smart Tv), iron.

The American induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or in cash if necessary.

Overall experience was very good

Liked location. Security of getting into the apartment. Nice apartment. Was dusty in lounge area. Only 2 toilet rolls. Main thing was having to pick keys up from an office not very close and drop off on departure. Would be hard for an older couple. Think should be met at property with keys.

We apologize if the cleaning has not been to your liking, we will report to the cleaning department to improve the quality of service. However, it is an accommodation with an 8.5 out of 10 in cleanliness score and probably the dust that it claims to have found may be due to the work of the neighbor next door. Apologize again.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, τέλεια θέα, ωραία αισθητική

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική, η θέα στη θάλασσα υπέροχη από ψηλά, το κρεβάτι στο υπνοδωμάτιο άνετο, μεγάλη ντουλάπα, πολύ ωραία αισθητική και διακόσμηση Στο μπάνιο δεν είχε κρεμάστρες, έλειπε το σαπούνι χειρός (η αλήθεια είναι ότι δεν το ζητήσαμε ποτέ από το κατάλυμα και το αγοράσαμε μόνοι μας για ευκολία), η παραλαβή των κλειδιών είναι 13' με τα πόδια μακριά, το υπνοδωμάτιο δεν είχε αρκετό χώρο για τις βαλίτσες

Dichtbij het strand, uitzicht prima, rumoerige omgeving,begin Engelse straat, lift heel klein en heel oud. Appartement redelijk opgeknapt maar geen normale stoel om op te zitten, bed prima en douche ook echter het wc papier mag niet in de wc pot worden gegooid. Een aantal screens ramen werken niet. Geen nederlandse tv , voor ons geen probleem.Prijs kwaliteit kan beter, wij komen niet meer terug!

La ubicación es fantástica

La ubicación es fantástica. Cercanía a la playa, al centro. Puedes ir andando donde quieras. El aparcamiento en ZONA AZUL, es gratuito del 01ቦ al 30ቢ. El espacio es algo justo cuando tienes que abrir el sofá cama, porque no puedes pasar a la terraza para comer o descansar!!! Perfecto para 2 personas. En nuestro caso con 1 niño, algo ajustado, pero BIEN!!!

it was clean gave you all the amenities you need the only Robles was the key collection and drop off was too far, dropping the keys off at 6 in the morning when you have an early flight was difficult, as you have cases etc before catching transport the tv channels were very poor as personally I like at least one night to recuperate and relax

Bueno, bonito y quizás algo pequeño.

El apartamento estaba bien, aunque a mi pareja le pareció pequeño y es cierto que las fotos parecían más grande. La zona muy bien para unas cosas e incómoda para descansar por el ruido, aunque a mi en particular, no me molesto. Wifi de categoría. La terraza con unas vistas espléndidas Pequeño para 4 personas. Zona ruidosa para los de sueño ligero.
