APTO VALL III is a beautiful apartment with capacity for 2 people on the 1st floor with elevator. It has a dining room, kitchen with all services, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. Outside they have a large communal area, landscaped with a swimming pool for adults and children, a small mini-golf and a children's playground where they can spend great moments with the family. It is located in a quiet and well connected urbanization, where you can enjoy the natural environment and where you can enjoy various sports.



Santa Susanna is located north of the Barcelona coast, just 45 km from Barcelona city, in the heart of Maresme and close to the Costa Brava, it is an ideal family tourism destination. In addition, in the municipality you can practice activities, a great destination for sports tourism. So enjoy an environment full of nature between the sea and the mountains; with two kilometers of quality beaches to savor the sea and the sun, and the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park, where you can walk admiring the spectacular landscape. It also has within your reach the possibility of doing all kinds of water sports or going on mountain routes bike, among many other proposals offered by the municipality. Santa Susanna has a train station that runs along the entire Costa del Maresme, facilitating travel in case you do not want to use your vehicle. It also has a rail that offers you a nice walk through the town of Santa Susanna.

- CHECK-IN information service Dear customer, HomeHolidaysRentals wishes to facilitate your arrival outside the scheduled office hours for the delivery of the keys to your holiday home.

We offer you the following options:



1-Direct entrance to the accommodation: A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00. This option has an additional cost.

2 -Entrance outside these hours, the additional cost depends on the arrival time.



- Groups are not accepted.

- HHR reserves the right to apply a deposit amount it deems appropriate based on the reservation and the number of occupants.

- Online check-in is required to collect the keys.

- Payment of the tourist tax is mandatory.

- The reservation includes towels, sheets, and cleaning services.

- Reservations for less than 4 days will be subject to an additional €80 charge.

- IMPORTANT: Accommodation suitable for families only.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
