Villa Cristina stands out for its stunning sea views! From every floor, guests can enjoy panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean, the pine forest surrounding the beach, and the charming Santa Cristina chapel. Its location and design make it the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava.



VILLA LAYOUT



UPPER FLOOR:

The villa is accessed via the upper floor, which features a bright living room with Smart TV and dining area. Through sliding doors, you reach the spacious balcony with an outdoor dining table, BBQ and automatic awning — ideal for al fresco meals with sea views.

Fully equipped kitchen and a separate guest toilet.

On this floor you'll find a double bedroom with an ensuite shower cabin and sink.



LOWER FLOOR

One level down is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower), offering direct sea views from the bed.

Second bedroom with two single beds and a third double bedroom with sliding doors leading directly to the pool area.

Second full bathroom (with bathtub).

A laundry room with washing machine and iron is also available.



All bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes and air conditioning for optimal comfort.



OUTDOOR AREA

From the balcony, you can access the garden and private swimming pool (7 x 3,5 meters), surrounded by sun loungers, and a separate chill-out area.

The pool uses a semi-saltwater system, providing soft, chlorine-free water that is gentle on the skin and eyes.



The villa is also equipped with central heating, perfect for stays during the low season.



LOCATION

The beaches of Cala Santa Cristina and Cala Treumal are just 400 meters away, approximately a 15-minute walk or 2-minute drive.

There is private outdoor parking for 1 car, with additional parking available on the quiet street in front of the villa.

My family and I had the best stay here. The villa is immaculate and has everything you could need and more. The views are spectacular and it is decorated so beautifully. We didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back!

The views from this villa and terrace are breathtaking. The house is furnished very tastefully and is comfortable. There’s everything you could need in the kitchen and the pool is perfect for a refreshing dip. The beach is easily accessible - only a 15 min walk. Would definitely stay here again. Quilt covers and mirrors in the bedrooms.

Very nice villa , clean and tidy . Cleaning was on time and the villa was exactly as it appeared . The villa is remote so unable to walk anywhere to eatdrink if that’s what you want and the beach is on a very steep hill . Would definitely book again .

The villa is well-equipped The view is amazing The pool area is suitable for 1-2 families The instructions and communication were smooth Staying at this villa requires a car - services (supermarket, dinner) are not within walking distance. The elevation differences in both the villa and the area are significant (wasn't a problem for us). Rent was high in July

Clean house, nice view, professionalism of the renting company. Nice extra gifts. Good and quick communication. Pool was not heated, it was too cold to swim in April. But it's just a minor thing.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Genügend Geschirr und genügend grosse Pfannen um selbst zu kochen. Die Aussicht ist einfach fantastisch. Der Pool war jetzt im Okt. ziemlich kalt. Kälter als das Meer. Das Thermometer im Pool hat 25Grad angezeigt….aber das waren sicherlich keine 20Grad. Zu Fuss ist man in ca12min am Meer. Zurück-Bergauf- haben wir 16min gebraucht. Ein Ausflug nach Barcelona,mit dem Zug von Blanes her, ist super machbar. In Blanes gibt es neben dem Bahnhof einen gratis Parkplatz. Dort hin sind es mit dem Auto 11min. Das Ticket hin und zurück kostet pro Person 15.20€ und die Fahrt dauer cje nach Zug ca 1,5h Zum Einkaufen muss man etwa 6min mit dem Auto fahren. Leider kein kleiner Laden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wenn man etwas voraus plant aber gut machbar ohne täglich einkaufen zu müssen. Wir würden jedenfalls wieder kommen. Haben es sehr genossen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und die Aussicht ein Traum. Wir waren zu Viert und haben die drei unteren Schlafzimmer genutzt und unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.Kleiner Nachteil: Das obere Schlafzimmer mit der Dusche roch etwas muffig. Während unseres Aufenthaltes im Mai hat es mehrfach geregnet und die Wände wurden feucht.

Location très agréable dans un environnement idéal. Emplacement au calme avec une vue superbe sur la mer. La maison est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Seul point négatif, la literie. Elle est vraiment trop molle et a gâché la fin de notre séjour. Ma femme est même reparti avec un lumbago. En résumé: nous relouerons avec plaisir cette maison mais à la seule condition que la literie soit revue. Bien cordialement La literie
