Luxury Villa for up to 10 guests with pool and huge private garden.

Villa Viha is a lovely property, very privately situated on the top of a rural area. The house is 316sqm and the garden is 5800sqm. It sleeps 10 guests. It has a large poolarea and several fantastic terraces. The views are just amazing. You can see the sea and 22 vulcano tops! The city you see in front of the largest terracce is Arreciffe which is 10 minutes drive away, and the village on the side is Nazaret, 2 minutes drive or about 10 minutes walk away. That´s where the museum and cool restaurant Lagomar is situated and also an Italian restaurant called La Forgia. You have the airport 15 minutes drive away, the closest beach Costa Teguise 8 minutes drive away and Famara Beach 15 if you want to surf.

Four bedrooms are on the topfloor, were you also find two bathrooms, a sauna, livingroom, diningroom and kitchen. You have a terracce on the backside, and two terrasses in the front plus pool with poolarea and BBQ.

Downstairs you have another large bedroom with bathroom ensuite and a 45 sqm room with a smart tv, sofas and pool table! You also find the boule balls in there, for the boule court outside in the huge garden.

We had a fabulous holiday. 6 adults and one 18 month old. The villa is set in a very quiet location. It is extremely well equipped. Excellent communication from the hosts. We had to remain very vigilant with the 18 month old as there are quite a lot of outdoor steps, but this wasn’t a problem as there were 6 of us. The pool, which is approximately 8m long was warm and clean. The BBQ is charcoal and worked well provided I started it early enough. We made 3 trips to the beaches. La Garita was our favourite. Sendero Volcano Del Cuervo was another good trip out.

Amazing House in lovely area

Our stay at the most beautiful residence listed on VRBO

Our stay was simply magnificent. The view was breathtaking. The rooms beautifully decorated, the pool well maintained, plenty of entertainment including a pool table, TV set, jeu de boulles. There was ample space for our family of 8 to hang out, bbq etc. The location on a hill in close proximity to the beach is worth mentioning. I recommend the place to anybody!

Secluded luxury

We were very impressed when we arrived at Villa Viha, both by the high standards and the warm welcoming, but most of all by the magnificent view. The villa was very clean and well equipped and all the areas, both indoors and on the terraces and poolarea was tastefully furnished. We had such a good time here, and can not wait to come back.

Chill Time with Friends

Fabulous week in Villa Viha , very comfortable and we felt we didn't need to do much more than chill out. Shared with great friends made it a special time, Food, Wine , Good Company and Magnificent Views - what mote could you want. Truly a unique place :)

Perfectly relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at Vila Viha, it was very clean and the kitchen was really well equipped. There were a few problems that occurred during our stay that the housekeeper and owner responded to immediately and couldn’t have been more helpful. The Vila is a little tired in parts but is a lovely place to stay for a really relaxing holiday. The garden furniture is very comfortable. Big thanks to Angela, Stefan and Geof for all their help

Villa Viha - Simply Amazing!!!

We stayed for 2 weeks in Villa Viha and everything was as described. The villa was big enough for 2 families of 4 and is extremely well equipped. The villa enjoys a quiet location but a stroll of 20 minutes takes you to the Lagomar Museum where we had the best cocktails at a reasonable price (6 euros). Tierra y Mar is again about a 20 minute walk and is a great little restaurant to have on your doorstep. A walk into Teguise Town took us around 40 minutes with a taxi back and again some lovely restaurants to choose from. I would have no hesitation in returning to Villa Viha and cannot recommend the villa highly enough. The housekeeper and team provided an exceptional service and Annelie and Stefan always came back promptly to answer our questions.

So perfect for so many reasons

We chose Villa Viha to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday . Ten of us ,covering three generations raging from 8 years old to 70 years old all got along fabulously, which was mainly due to the fact there were so many areas where, if wanted one could spend a bit of 'me time' .The Villa is really well equipped to cater for 10 people , for example ample china and glassware ( more than ten of everything ) . Two dining areas ( inside & al fresco )that each seat ten . Basically everything you would need for a holiday for up to ten people . Annelie is a wonderful host ...so helpful with the booking ...in fact we have immediately booked 2025 to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary . I think Villa Viha is now our go to family holiday venue .

We spent a wonderful week staying in Villa Viha. 9 of us in total with ages ranging from 5 to 69. The villa is set in the rural area of Nazaret, with spectacular view all round. The nearest neighbours are about 500 meters away. The village of Nazaret is around 1.5 kilometers away, and for the reasonably fit is walkable, but be aware, it is uphill on the way back, and the road is more a dirt track. Our hosts, Annelie and Stephan, could not possibly of been more helpful. About a month before our holiday, Annelie sent detailed directions from the airport to the villa, and information about the property, the surrounding area, and recommendations for restaurants. I had asked if it would be possible for us to check in a little early, and Annelie and her team worked late to get everything ready for us. Over and above the call of duty. On our arrival, we noticed an issue with one of the taps for the shower. I sent Annelie a message, and Stephan came out the next morning and replaced the unit. Everything that you would need for any holiday destination was provided. Catering for at least 10 people. Wifi is provided throughout all areas and was well able to cope for all our needs. All and all, I couldn't recommend this property high enough. If you are unsure where to stay in Lanzarote, look no further.Thank you to Annelie and Stephan for making our 50th wedding anniversary so memorable.

Séjour Parfait.

La maison est idéalement située pour visiter l'île. Les trajets sont très limités ce qui est parfait.La maison est confortable et permet à chacun de trouver un lieu préféré : piscine, sauna, salons, billard.....On a adoré l'île en elle même et la diversité des paysages.La maison permet une vision à 360 degrés sans vis à vis avec les volcans à proximité et la mer à l'horizon.La décoration et l'architecture est très agréable et se marie très bien avec l'esprit de l'île.Les échanges ont été agréables et nos besoins ont été comblés.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Viha!!!!Mit drei Generationen haben wir den großzügigen Platz im Haus und im Außenbereich, den beheizten Pool, die wunderschönen Aussichten, auf die grandiose Vulkanlandschaft, auf Nazaret, auf den Atlantik und auf Arrecife jeden Tag voll genossen.Annelie und Stefan sind sehr bemüht, für ihre Gäste da zu sein! Wirklich immer erreichbar. Villa Viha ist ein Ort für Menschen, denen Naturschönheit und Ruhe wichtiger ist, als Perfektion!!Das Haus könnte an der ein oder anderen Stelle eine Renovierung gebrauchen..... Noch ein kleiner Ausgehtip:Die Cocktails in der Bar la cueva de LagOmar in Nazaret..... man kann wunderbar einen Spaziergang von der Villa Viha dorthin machen.Exzellente Cocktails in wirklich genialer location.dieSonnenuntergänge,

Nouvel an 2025

Nous avons séjourné à 7 en famille, la villa est MAGNIFIQUE. La vue est juste exceptionnelle, on ne s’en lasse pas ! On a une vue sur les volcans et tous les jours vous pouvez profiter des levers et couchers de soleil. Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique grâce à cette superbe villa bien située pour faire les visites de l’île mais aussi pour le calme ! Je recommande !

Geweldige villa op een fantastische locatie

Villa Viha ligt afgezonderd tegen een berghelling met daardoor een geweldig uitzicht op de omgeving tot aan Arrecife en de zee toe. De indeling van het huis met verschillende zitjes en fijne terrassen maakt dat je ook in een wat groter gezelschap voldoende privacy kunt hebben. De voorzieningen zijn prima met voldoende mogelijkheden tot vermaak. Het huis ademt een fijne Spaanse sfeer uit. Rondom de villa ligt een ruime en prachtig aangelegde tuin met een petange baan. De villa is niet echt geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn; de entree ligt op de 1e verdieping en ook vanuit het huis naar het zwembad moet je een aantal trapjes op en af. Ook met heel kleine kinderen is het dus opletten.

C'est la troisième fois que nous séjournons à Nazaret. C'est un village que nous apprécions vraiment beaucoup.Malheureusement cette année, Lagomar, le bar, niché dans la roche, était fermé. En ce qui concerne la maison, la vue est incroyable! Vraiment! Nous y avons passé un séjour magnifique. Tout est propre, en quantité suffisante pour 10 personnes. Il y a un barbecue pour les grillades, une piscine bien chauffée pour les journées moins chaudes et même un très bon ampli pour la musique. C'est notre location préférée! Nous y reviendrons aussi vite que possible!

If you want to stay extremly privately, yet still close to everything, this is your choise. You can easily walk down to the village in a couple of minutes, where you find a small supermarket, two restaurants/bars and one museum. With car you can reach beaches, the maincity Areciffe, tons of restaurants, the wine district and much more within 15 minutes.
