Modern and elegant Villa Son Calet is located in a very pleasant area between the towns of Muro and Llubí.
The house has all the amenities that guests may need today, with modern touches and very good taste the entire estate has been furnished and decorated with high-quality materials.
You will find the town of Muro about 5 minutes by car, also about 12 km from the local beach.
The house is 180 m², three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Two rooms have a double bed, the other has two single beds and there are two bathrooms with shower.
The spacious and bright living room and dining room invite you to relax. The kitchen is large and is added to the dining area in an open concept, spacious and bright where to spend truly pleasant time with family and friends.
In the exterior, a terrace of 270 m² with comfortable and modern garden furniture, a beautiful barbecue area, perfect for spending pleasant evenings in the sun and enjoying delicious meals, and its large cascading swimming pool to refresh endlessly.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
- Heating optional according to consumption. (1.26€/Litre)
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
