Living floor
When you enter the villa your attention is immediately drawn by the beautiful sea view from the covered porch at the back of the villa. The sitting area is centrally located in the house, surrounded by the spacious open kitchen, the master bedroom and a bathroom on one side of the villa and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the other. Then you walk on to the generous covered porch of 4 x 11 m where a large dining table for 10 people, where you can eat in the open air and a cozy sitting area for lounging. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with a 4-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven / microwave, American double door refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, coffee filter and Nespresso, food processor, juicer, blender. There is a new energy-efficient washing machine and heat pump dryer. From the porch you can directly reach the garden floor with a staircase. The villa is equipped with glass shutter windows where the wind blows through so that the living room remains comfortably cool. Over the entire width and side of the porch are electric awnings mounted. You can do this completely or partially to protect against the afternoon / evening sun and during the day against the harsh air. The view is therefore not limited but is quieter for your eyes.

To sleep
The master bedroom has 2 single beds of 90x200 cm with a box spring pocket sprung mattress and 2 bedside tables. Here is also the walk-in closet with a safe. The 4 other spacious bedrooms have 2 single beds of 80x200 cm, also equipped with box spring pocket sprung mattresses and 2 bedside tables. The bathrooms are equipped with toilet, shower and sink, hot and cold running water. A hairdryer is provided in each bathroom. All bedrooms are spacious with cupboards. Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit.

The garden and sun-floor
The garden and the sun terrace can be reached via a staircase from the porch through the side of the villa. The spacious freshwater swimming pool is located on the wonderfully wide sun terrace. There are plenty of sun beds and beach towels on the terrace. If you are looking for cooling you can sit under the palapa in the shade. Along the pool is more than 3 m wide pool deck with a staircase to the palapa installed. The palapa has comfortable lounge chairs and is equipped with electrical connections, so that you can also connect your IPad or laptop here. On the garden floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms each with 2 single beds of 80x200 cm with box spring pocket sprung mattresses, bedside tables and a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. From these bedrooms and the sun terrace you have fantastic views of the Caribbean Sea and the swimming pool. In one of the bedrooms at the pool is a refrigerator so you do not have to walk upstairs to the kitchen for your cold drinks and ice cubes. A new Weber BBQ is also located near the pool deck. At the pool deck there is a spacious, illuminated washing facility for divers to clean and dry their diving equipment.

The Resort and the surrounding area:
Villa Lions Cliff is located on the southwest coast of the island where you can find the necessary beautiful beaches with diving possibilities. On the park there is a brasserie / bakery, a wellness center, a diving school, where you can rent diving equipment, a swimming pool with children's pool, sun terrace and the adjacent restaurant Koraal. A level lower by the sea is a beach with free sunbeds, seats and parasols and the restaurant Karakter. You can enjoy excellent food at both restaurants. You do not even have to leave your beach chair for lunch or a snack, because both restaurants also serve on the beach and sun terrace. At Karakter you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the evening you can also dine on the beach with the wind blowing your head.
