ASSOCIATION AMENITIES
Guests have access to (1) tennis court, (2) pickleball courts, and (1) full-length basketball court available for use (weather permitting) from Memorial Day through Labor Day, sometimes earlier/longer if weather permits.

POOL INFORMATION
Guests have access to the association’s outdoor pool with showers and locker room available Memorial Day to Labor Day, 10 am to 8 pm daily (There is always annual maintenance on the pool that shuts it down periodically around the springtime), unless there is severe weather or lightning, or pool levels are deemed unsafe for swimmers.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! The home was very nice, spotless, and had plenty of room for all 8 of us to be comfortable. During our stay there was a small mechanical issue (no one’s fault), but it was addressed quickly and handled with great professionalism. We were very impressed with both the home and the excellent service. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

The location is close to nature trails, Petosky, downtown Harbor Springs.....we played Putt-Putt, visited Pond Hill Farm(would highly recommend doing the Gnome hunt if you go with grandchildren). Would highly recommend and hope to stay again at this location in the near future.

Hideaway Ski Vacation

We rented this condo for three weeks in late January 2025 into early February. The condo was wonderful and very comfortable with lots of seating in the living room and a cozy gas fireplace. It has a very well appointed kitchen plus a dining area with large table so we could all sit down for dinner together. Had 4 couples here for one of the weeks and it was so nice to have a private bedroom for each. We never felt crowded.The location is perfect for ski enthusiasts located 8 minutes from Nubs Nob where we prefer to ski and Boyne Highlands is right across the street. Condo is situated between Petoskey and Harbor Springs about 8-10 minutes away with great shopping, spas and yoga classes.Also appreciated the bedroom with a desk and chair as my son works remotely and was able to set up his computer upstairs and away from the crowd during the day. It snowed almost every day we were there but the maintenance crew did a great job of clearing the parking area. We did have to clear our own walkway to the front door, but a shovel was provided and only took a minuteThe one, and only, drawback was that the parking is limited to 3 cars. It's not the owners fault, just the layout of the complex. With 4 couples all driving separately from different points in the state, we did have to juggle our cars and use alternate parking spots which was a little inconvenient. Nevertheless, we hope we can stay here again in the future as it provided everything we needed in a lovely setting.

Comforts of Home

This was our second year staying here for Thanksgiving. The condo is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped, and condo is warm and inviting. We have enjoyed our stays and look forward to returning.

Friends getaway

We had 3 couples that rented this vacation home. The condo was laid out perfectly as each bedroom had its own bathroom. There is a fourth room with bunks that we did not use. The condo was well stocked as far as items needed for the kitchen and bathrooms, so no need for multiple trips to the store. We loved the location- we went into different cities every day. Very convenient to Mackinac Island, Petoskey, Charlevoix and of course, we explored Harbor Springs. We had a great time playing pickleball in the mornings before heading into one of the towns. The outside patio is great for sitting and relaxing. The owner was easy to communicate with and checked a couple times to see if we needed anything. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend the property for families or friends.

Up North for Golf

Everything was clean and orderly. Four guys on a golf trip enjoyed having their own bedrooms, the large screen TV for some Presidents Cup and College Football action. The back deck was the best for late night conversation and some star gazing. Terrific place to stay with proximity to several golf courses.

Girlfriend Reunion in Harbor Springs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are 4 lifelong college girlfriends spending a 4 day reunion in the Harbor Springs area. We walked in to the condo and just said, “Wow!”. The remodel was extremely well done and feels like a brand new home. The first thing you see is a former coat closet converted to an entrance niche with hooks and a bench . This bench contains a lovely display encouraging us to have fun and offering pickleball paddles, tennis racquets, bike helmets and ping pong paddles and balls to enjoy the amenities.Kitchen was very well equipped (I mean who else trusts their renters with Waterford crystal wine glasses and Cutco knives??!!). Nice bedrooms and great bedding. Beautiful towels....very luxe! The Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Walloon Lake, Boyne and Charlevoix areas are incredible. We took full advantage of the area (Don’t miss Tom’s Mom’s Cookies , Toski Sands and the Crooked Tree Bakery) and slept well at night. Great reunion all around!

The patio is lovely and the furnishings are updated and decorated nicely. Our daughter, son in law, and 2 grandkids slept in the rooms upstairs and my husband and I slept downstairs. This worked our perfectly for us. The area is quiet and the pool was fantastic. The location is perfect for trips to downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs and a quick drive to our favorite beach at Petoskey State Park. Customer service was superb keeping us updated on everything we needed to know. We would highly recommend this property.

Family Fun

The condo was awesome. Beds were comfortable and the unit had everything we all needed. We rented the unit for us, or don and his wife and 5 grandchildren. We loved goinh to Petoskey and hanging out at Lake Michigan.

Family Vacation

The condo was so comfortable and well equipped. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us - 2 couples and 4 children. There were games for all of us to play - the beds were comfy… the shower had plenty of pressure. There were blankets to keep us cozy All in all we enjoyed our stay here.

Best VRBO Stay Yet

My wife and I along with her family stayed here for a family vacation. It was the best VRBO experience we have had yet. The rental is even better than what you can see in the pictures, and the property manager was extremely helpful when we lost/left an item after our stay. From the location, the property amenities, it was a home run. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone wanting to stay in the area. It made for a great experience.

Fabulous place!!

This condo was perfection! Stayed 2 nights for wedding in Petoskey. Three couples in our party, we had plenty of room, each our own full bath with plenty of towels/linens. Super clean! Decor was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Hosts were very responsive to our questions and needs. Top notch!!

Great place in a great area

The condo was wonderful, recently updated and everything high quality. Close to downtown harbor springs and petoskey, as well as nubs nob and the highlands. We enjoyed the fireplace while relaxing in the living room. We had a couple hiccups with parking and the WiFi and the property manager got back to us right away and helped us take care of everything. Great stay and throughly enjoyed.

Fantastic property

We loved this place. Its location is perfect for the Highlands and Nubs. It had everything you could need. I particularly loved the extra blankets and beautiful bedding throughout the condo. Only thing I would let people know is that they don't have a coffee pot. They have a Keurig and provide a lot of pods but we had a few heavy coffee drinkers in our group and would have liked the option of brewing full pots. Didn't impact how amazing our stay was in the slightest but helpful to know if you are a big coffee drinker.
