Detached recreation bungalow in Sint Maartensvlotbrug, North Holland is located on the edge of the park.
This 5-person holiday home has recently been completely renovated and modernized and completely furnished in Riviera Maison style. The bungalow has a bathroom, modern open kitchen and three bedrooms. Around the house is a spacious enclosed garden of approx. 500 m2 and you can enjoy the space and tranquility, there is always a place in or out of the sun. Garden furniture is provided in the garden and the south-facing main terrace has a windbreak. Parking space next to the bungalow, suitable for two cars. The bungalow park has a lovely playground for the children with, among other things, a slide, swing and merry-go-round.

The bungalow also has underfloor heating, a second flat screen TV in the bedroom, large round garden table with garden chairs with cushions, 3 white garden (beach) chairs and two sun beds. The bungalow is equipped for max. 5 persons.
2 free bicycles are available.

The park is located on the Belkmerweg, ideal t. o.v. the supermarket (200m), the bus stop (400m), the heated swimming pool (300m) with sauna, tennis courts, miniature golf and bicycle rental, Het forest Het Wildrijk (300m). And 1000m from the dunes and recreation park De Goudvis. The beach is at 2000 m. The cozy seaside resorts of Callantsoog and Petten are also within cycling distance.

Surroundings:
Sint Maartensvlotbrug is a village in the municipality of Schagen, in the province of North Holland. Sint Maartensvlotbrug was created as a core after a raft bridge was laid in the Noord Hollandsch Kanaal. It has since grown into a small, versatile village.
The bungalow park is located near the nature reserve Het Wildrijk - known for the thousands of wild hyacinths that bloom there and for the Duinrellen project that provides the area with clean water from the dunes.
You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes through the beautiful dune area. Sint Maartenszee beach is one of the cleanest beaches in the Netherlands. A unique wide sandy beach with a real family atmosphere. Here are two beach pavilions where you can enjoy a romantic sunset while sipping a glass of rosé. A beach pavilion remains open all year round, so that you can enjoy the high waves during an autumn storm while enjoying a cup of steaming chocolate milk. The children can romp in the De Goudvis amusement park, while the parents enjoy the sun on the nearby terrace. Near the village there is also one of the polder mills of the Zijpe and Hazepolder, the Noorder M.

Tulips, daffodils, hyacinths and other bulbous flowers
In the spring it looks magical near St. Maartensvlotbrug. It is a true splendor of colors when the crocus, daffodil, hyacinth and tulip fields bloom in succession. You imagine yourself in a painting by an old Dutch master when you cycle along the fields. We recommend the experience park Fluwels Tulpenland in the Belkmerweg. The history of the tulip bulb is creatively portrayed on the basis of a circuit. At the end of your journey of discovery, you can relax with a snack and drink in the coffee barn. Or you can score a nice souvenir in the well-equipped souvenir shop.
In St. Maartenszee there are several restaurants, shops and nightlife. There is a trunk market every Monday through April through October.
