Find comfort in this completely renovated beach-style two-bedroom and two-bathroom villa. Mere steps from awe-inspiring beaches, Villa 607 has been adorned with beach-style flair and exquisitely finished with ceramic tile all throughout. Both, the master bedroom (2-bed) that can be altered into a single king and the guest bedroom (2-beds) have their own bathrooms and closets; each bathroom has been finished with rustic-style counter tops, brand new lamps and fixtures. Although unlikely, for those times when you prefer to stay in, the kitchen has been fitted with granite-tile counter tops and new appliances including refrigerator and stove. For your additional comfort and convenience, also a new water heater and air conditioner have been updated. Also, a small convenience store (adjacent the Cashā€™s Golf Cart rentals), laundry facilities (next to Florenceā€™s Bakery). At Treasure Cay Marina, you may charter a boat for your personal use or to island-hop. We recommend Nippers or Grabbers in Great Guana Cay.

Awesome location. Villa could have come with some more/better amenities like towels, outdoor activities, etc. Disappointed to only be allotted two rolls of toilet paper for 5 ppl over 7 days.

I have stayed in this area many times in previous years and while the property was clean and well located there were a few things I noted. The main bathroom plumbing fixtures and shower rail need replacing (corroded & rusty) It would be nice to have drawers, cupboards or shelving under bathroom vanities for storage. All sliding screen doors need new screening. An electric kettle in the kitchen would be nice. The property manager, Donna is a wonderful lady and was readily available to check on me and answer any questions. While the property is comfortable, clean & beachy, I feel it is perhaps a little tired and needs a bit of an update. However, I love the area, location, beach & pool access and the people. If asked would I rent this property again I would say Yes šŸ‘ It is good value for money but needs some updating. I love Treasure Cay ā¤ļø

Great family environment

Great property, was a nice friendly community and one of the best beaches I have ever visited.The area is still recovering from the hurricane which limited restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay with younger kids!

Tropical getaway

Villa 607 is a very cute and pleasant place to stay. They have great contacts that are local so thats a big help. It is in a great location for beach walking while enjoying the surf sound. There is a small plaza across the street that has a little cafe, convience store, and a liquor store. Would stay again :)

Very relaxing !

Treasure Cay is quite quiet for activity. No restaurant choices or other activities. Theyā€™re still rebuilding from hurricane Dorian. It was devastating !! That being said, the beach is beautiful and all yours. Boat rentals are available. Very relaxing vacation though !!

The Villa was very nice, comfortable and conveniently located for access to the pool, beach, restaurants, bars and other amenities. A dedicated WIFI would have been appreciated but life did go on, lol!! It was fun sharing the TC experience with family - I'm pretty sure we hooked them on coming back!! I know I will be!!

The Perfect Beach Getaway!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. It was clean and in excellent condition. The location was perfect: Just a short stroll away from the grocery store, the liquor store, the convenience store, the marina (where the restaurant Spinakers and the night-life bar Tipsy Seagull are also located), the Coco Beach Bar (where I had dinner most nights), the beach (obviously), and the pool. The community comes with it's own pool as well as beach area where reclining lounger chairs are provided. There's an on-site laundry facility as well as a bathroom in the pool area. As far as the house, itself, I extra appreciated the kitchen, the DirectTV, and all the hot water I could handle for long relaxing showers. To make sure I had enough ice every morning for my cooler, I used the ice trays to make the ice and then a large tupperware container to create a reserve of ice that I could pull from. I used the microwave to make instant coffee every morning, and I used the electric stove to make dinners for myself on occasion. Dish washing liquid, sponge, and drying rack were provided so that I could easily hand wash what I used. Every kind of kitchen utensil / cooking tool was provided. Extra towels & bed sheets were provided. The owners introduced themselves and were happy to turn me on to many fun activities. :) They are gracious and kind, and I hope they continue to have good experiences with the renting process as they continue to open their home to vacationers. Perfect!

My husband and I stayed a week, and it was absolutely perfect! 4 minute walk to get to our chairs on the beach, and 6 minutes to get to Tipsy Seagull! When we went there werenā€™t any golf carts available, so we rented mopeds for a few days and were able to explore ourselves. The villa was perfect! Super clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances too. We will definitely return, it was absolutely stunning.

We had a great stay in the Bahamas! The villa had plenty of clean beach and bath towels and had all the nessecities that we needed in the kitchen. The location was perfect; it was a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, bar, grocery and marina. Our hosts were also excellent at responding to messages while we were down there and very accommodating when we were having to make some last minute travel decisions with the weather.

A Mixed Bag

We stayed for 3 months, so we got to know the area and the culture well. The beach IS one of the top 10 in the world as advertised, and the fishing lived up to expectations. Our Villa was small, but fully equipped and comfortable. The other owners and renters in the Beach Villa complex were very kind, helpful and we were delighted to get to know them. It is a real community that welcomes newcomers. Most of the Beach Villa residents are owners who have been coming to Treasure Cay for years. Make no mistake; this is the third world. There were continuous unexpected power/water outages, including one that lasted a week. The internet and TV can be intermittent. The owner promised several things we made clear were important to us that they didn't do & kept telling us they did do. The owner seemed to conceal things that we would later find out by stumbling through them. The promised but not delivered things cost us a good deal of money and unction. The gap between promised and delivered is par for the course in what we felt like was a largely con artist culture of the Bahamians. One of the long time Beach Villa residents explained the local cultural view as, "what's yours is mine". This is a perfect explanation of a point of view that fosters the pervasive scheming. This is a safe place in terms of your physical well being, but it seemed like so many aspects of life there are a scheme of one sort or another. These schemes are not forced on you through intimidation, but they are nearly ubiquitous & you need to constantly push back on them which made our otherwise idyllic existence a low grade continuous hassle. For the most part, believing much of anything the locals or the owner told us led to a lite drama of some sort. If one went to Abaco for a week or two, you might not notice these aspects of the culture. But we wished we had been prepared for this facet of an otherwise beautiful and peaceful spot.

Beautiful renovation but could use some more kitchen equipment and a couple of outdoor chairs, other than that it was great and people there were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful, restful time.
