GRAND PANAMA PET STIPULATIONS: Pets are only allowed in rental properties marked pet friendly and must be disclosed at time of booking. A non-refundable pet fee is charged for anyone bringing a pet, including Emotional Support Animals. Guests who wish to bring a pet to Grand Panama must apply for a conditional license and receive a pet tag, which is to be displayed on the pet while on property. Guests must complete their animal registration form, provide proof of vaccinations, and applicable documentation for service animals to receive a pet tag. Pet tags are picked up at the front desk of tower 2. The leash law applies at all times besides in your condo. The beach, pool, and pool deck are not pet friendly areas. Conditional licenses can be revoked if the association finds the pet without a tag, is vicious, or a nuisance to guests. A pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property that was not previously disclosed by the guest is cause for eviction with forfeiture of moneys paid plus additional cleaning charges. DOGS ONLY 2 pet maximum, 25 lb weight limit

Except for the weather, we had a wonderful stay. But we DID get to see the first snowfall in 30? years.

The absolute best!

Everything was great! The whole place was spotless. I had a great time and I can’t wait to go back. My family loved the space. It was so close to everything. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Worst Unit I’ve stayed in at Grand Panama

Unit was dirty and smelled bad when I arrived. Floors were gross and I had to wear shoes the entire time I was there. Balcony was filthy. Furniture needs replaced. It’s all wore out. Microwave needs replaced it has rust inside. I’ve stayed at Grand Panama every summer since 2014 and I will not be booking a stay there again. Super disappointed.

Not impressed

The property needs updated appliances. I had to use the unit next door to wash my clothes. The heat unit would come on in the night, it was so loud it would make you jump and wake up every time. Especially since the bed is up against the unit. There were other items that looked rusted and damaged. I have stayed in much better for the same $.

Expected more

The bed and couch were very worn. They both need replaced. Patio lounge was broken. I called 3 times, someone finally came to look at bed and discovered frame was broken, he fixed the frame but the mattress was too far gone. We had 4 forks, 1 knife, and no storage bowls. Someone was suppose to bring these items...they never came. Bedroom television was only good for DVD. Door latch was broken, no hot water in the kitchen,It was a disappointment at best. When we talked to the people at the desk their answer was some owners are just in it to make money, others are here every month making sure things are right. We have used Meyer real estate many times and will using them in the future.

Family Vacay

Tv in bedroom didn't work. Multiple remotes had to be used for livingroom tv. No linens for sofa bed. Finally got linens for sofabed but no blanket or comforter. No extra pillows for sofabed. Dryer worked but had to put really small loads & had to run drying cycles at least 3 times to get fully dryed. Tub in 2nd bathroom wouldn’t hold water, the drain was broken & we had put washclothes in it in order to take a bath. Walls show multiple cracks due to separation. Master bathroom has sheetrock knocked off showing interior of the wall. No ironing board to use the iron. A/C had a droning noise rhat resonated through the bed & walls. Extreme heat in the hallways in excess of 115° while we waited for elevators which normally took at least 20 minutes.

I don’t like about much because the room was clean not good I’m stay but not happy at all

I’m stay at Grand Panama from June 1st to June 6 ,but the time I check in ,I step in side the room ,the floor very so sticky and the kitchen still have dust laundry and balcony so dirty too ,and wardrobe left people underwear the house keeping clean they clean still left of the old Custumer tent from them ,I try keep call contact to them explain because I have to pay for cleaning free but they clean not good ,they send people come back clean again but that time I left not in room ,the time I back the room still same not new ,but I keep try contact let them know explain to them they keep say send picture I send all picture to them business email and phone number but still don’t hear nothing from .

This unit

I did have a nice vacation but this unit and the management. We arrive at the condo with all of our luggage and groceries for the week, icecream, milk, frozen food, drinks, just to realize that they gave me a 4 letter passcode to the door and it’s a number pad. So I tried the old fashion method like on the phone and used the code.. didn’t work. For the next 1 1/2- 2 hours I am calling, emailing, online chatting trying to get into the unit. Finally reached someone and got in. By this time kids are miserable, icecream is melted, drinks are hot and all I got was a sorry. Go out to the balcony to relax. The lounge chair is broken. I call and report it and was told management would be up to look at it or fix it and no one showed. I looked back at reviews at this point and see that several others have reported the lounge broken.

FILTHY!!!!!!!

If you stay here, make sure it’s in tower 1. Tower 2 faces the road first and then the beach. Front Beach Road is loud and rowdy which makes the balcony not very relaxing. Otherwise the location was great. The room would’ve been great if it had been cleaned whatsoever between guests. There was sand everywhere. The floors made our feet literally black. There were dust bunnies everywhere. Dried blood on the frame of the top bunk. The pull out was completely unusable because it was FILLED with crumbs like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and there was rust on the mattress from the frame. The entire place was GROSS. I would never stay here again. The filthiness ruined it. Panama City Beach is BEAUTIFUL though and we will be back!!!

Pros: The Grand Panama is a beautiful property and the view from this room is breathtaking. Convenient to the beach and local attractions. Kids loved the pool! Cons: But be prepared for mediocre accommodations and bring everything you need to be comfortable. Bring pillows! I would not recommend this unit for anyone with breathing issues. Black mold in the bathroom and a/c filter not maintained. TV in the bedroom was not working and emails to get issues fixed were not returned. Phone call placed resulted in someone bringing requested items but TV was not fixed. Overall layout of the unit is nice, but needs a little TLC.

Great location with a great view. Clean and close to the pier which we fished every day.

Wonderful accommodation in a great area. Close to the pier and other attractions. Even though your across from the beach, the view is amazing and feels like you’re on it. Very clean and well equipped. I will be bringing my family back this summer!

Great location!

The property was clean and stocked with everything that we needed from towels to dishes. The beach was just a short walk across the street. There are many activities that are close by and are within walking distance! When you first get to the property, you will go into a parking garage where you will park. Then you go to the front desk and pick up your parking pass and wristbands. The wristbands are for pool access...this confused me at first because I thought we had to wear them at all times. We look forward to our stay at this property again!

Grand Panama was a great place to stay

The condo was nice, however, the couch was very dirty and really needs to be cleaned. Everything else in the condo was nice. The pools were always and the lobby look very nice. I have stayed at this property twice this summer and I really like the location.
