Registration, Parking & Resort Information

All reservations are required to register with Grand Panama Beach Resort prior to arrival and pay the current $55 resort registration fee, which includes resort wristbands and one parking pass. An additional parking pass may be purchased for $35, subject to resort availability.

UMB Vacations will email you a link to complete your resort registration prior to arrival. If you do not receive your registration link, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you before check-in.

Wristbands must be worn while on resort property and when using resort amenities. Replacement wristbands are available for $10 each.

All vehicles must display a valid Grand Panama parking pass at all times and may only park in designated areas, including the Tower 2 parking garage, stand-alone parking garage, and other approved parking areas.

Parking Restrictions

Maximum vehicle height: 7'6" in the Tower 2 garage and 9'0" in the stand-alone garage. Boats, trailers, RVs, golf carts, and similar vehicles are not permitted except during designated resort-approved events. Motorcycles are permitted with the purchase of the required $55 motorcycle parking pass.

Pet Policy

This is a pet-friendly property, allowing up to 2 pets with a maximum weight of 25 lbs per pet.

Grand Panama HOA Registration Fee: $50.00 (stays up to 7 days)
Total Due Per Pet (up to 7 nights): $202.25

For stays longer than 7 nights, the HOA charges an additional $5 per pet, per day beyond the first 7 days.

The UMB Vacations pet fee is collected through your Enso Connect Boarding Pass prior to arrival. HOA registration is required, and all applicable pet fees must be paid before check-in instructions are released.

Pets must be registered with the resort, and a pet sleeve must be displayed on the leash at all times while on the property. Failure to register a pet may result in eviction.

For the safety of all guests, certain breeds are prohibited, including but not limited to Akitas, Pit Bulls (and related breeds), Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Huskies, Malamutes, Chows, Presa Canarios, and Wolf Hybrids. The HOA reserves the right to request proof of breed, including a DNA report if necessary, at the owner's expense.

Initial Supplies

UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Enso Boarding Pass

After booking, you will receive a link to your Enso Boarding Pass. This digital guest portal will include everything you need for your stay, including check-in and check-out details, property information, guidebooks, and local recommendations. You'll also have access to bookable activities and any available add-ons, including pet fees or optional upsells, which you can review and agree to directly through the platform before your arrival.
