Great stay

We came down to work in the neighborhood and stayed here for almost a week. It was roomy, spacious and very clean. It had all the little things one might need. We will definitely come again!!

The property was clean, organized and beautifully decorated. We loved the layout of the property. The bedrooms are off the living area. The living area, the kitchen and dining room were a wonderful common area that enabled us to spend a lot of quality time together as a family without feeling over crowded.The location of the property was perfect. A 5 minute walk to the white sandy beach and gorgeous aqua/blu/green Gulf water! The sunsets were beautiful! Shops and restaurants were only 5-10 minutes away by car. Rosemary Beach is about 5 minutes away. As you continue to drive west along the coast there many more beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants. We hope to come back again! Thank you to the Muellers for a great beach vacation!

Perfect Beach Home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was great and the house was perfect for our family. Short walk to two different beach accesses. You won't be disappointed.

Great family trip

We had a great vacation! The house accomadated seven of us without a problem. Nice family getaway. Such a peaceful & beautiful area that is close to the beach. The owners were great and very responsive to questions. We will definitely book this place again!

Wonderful Stay

Our family stayed here in the summer, and had a blast. Love the house, very spacious and cute, just like the pictures. It was only a short distant to the beach. I LOVE the beach, very private and breathtaking. No crowds! The owner was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We are already planning a trip back to Inlet Beach.

Wonderful location! We walked down to the boardwalk and then onto the beach with all beach items. Don’t bother with a wagon because there are multiple sets of steps on the boardwalk. Easier just to haul your things on your back and in your hands. The house is an older home so do not act surprised or upset. But, the interior is very clean, functional, and spacious. Excellent kitchen and all the appliances you need. The master bedroom mattress is VERY soft so if you’re used to a firm mattress, that might cause you some concern.Also, the surrounding homes are all new construction so this home at such an affordable price will probably not last much longer!

Enjoyed making family memories

Just a short walk to the beautiful white sand beaches. We took advantage of three beach entrances. Our favorite beach was the boardwalk closest to camp Helen, but the easiest and most convenient was the entrance right on to the sand with no boardwalk. The house was great for what we needed. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms upstairs were recently renovated. We enjoyed the downstairs (carport) area for hanging out and grilling. The kitchen had everything we needed, even an extra coffee maker. Our first morning, the coffee maker didn’t work. We reached out to the owner and she quickly responded. We were thankful there was an extra one on the premises. I don’t remember reading that the living area and bedrooms were all upstairs. It was not an issue for us, but I imagine that could be a problem for some. We would definitely stay here again. And we have even recommended it for some of our friends.

Bad Experience

Firstly, upon entering the property, we noticed a strong musty odor in the Florida room which could be detected in the rest of the house. Dust could be found on the floor especially around the baseboards and under the beds. As we settled in, we couldn't ignore the apparent signs of neglect and disrepair throughout the house. From missing and burned-out light bulbs, loose doorknobs (one fell off), and an almost detached bathroom towel rack, it was evident that some maintenance was required. In addition, the upper deck railing was not sturdy and seemed unsafe to lean on. A shock came when a live roach was found in the bathroom sink and later some dead bugs on the floor in the unfinished lower level. The sight of these pests was very unsettling and further tainted our impression of the property. We later discovered a live bedbug crawling on the bedspread which prompted our immediate evacuation of the premises. I immediately contacted the property owner about these issues as they were discovered. And they did offer to have the cleaners come by, but that wasn’t enough at that point. To sum up, my experience at this VBRO rental was one I'd rather forget. In our view, the presence of live roaches and bedbugs is unacceptable. Moreover, the lack of proper maintenance, dust, and mustiness only exacerbated the problem. I sincerely hope that this review prompts the owner to take the necessary steps to improve the conditions.

I have been renting the beach house for 20 years and never had any complains about it not being clean. We definitely never ever had bed bugs and still do not. Every once in a while Florida palmetto bug may appear if it's been rainy or super hot outside, once again never a problem. We immediately offered to have the cleaners come over and take care of any concerns. I had my cleaners go over the next morning and take pictures of everything and yes there were 2 light bulbs out that was the only thing . The other items like dust was so minor and hardly present. This is the review from my last weeks on airbnb totally different view . "lWe really enjoyed our family vacation at this beach house and would stay here again. This house accommodated six adults and 1 toddler very comfortably. The bathrooms and bed-linens were very clean. The house is set up very well and includes a lot of amenities. There are a large variety of kitchen appliances, large capacity washer and dryer, plenty of kids' beach toys and umbrellas left by previous guests. A sliding glass door leads to an enclosed deck with lots of screened windows that's a nice place to sit and feel the breeze without having to be in the sun. Kitchen is large. The Inlet Beach area is developing rapidly and this house sits among a lot of four and five story beach mansions. The walk to the beach is easy -- 2 min. We paid for beach service so we did not have to carry chairs and umbrellas everyday. We also rented bikes and a large "trike" with a basket to ferry ourselves back and forth from the beach access to the house. We loved it here."

Perfect location

Amazing house with all the amenities and steps to the most beautiful white sand beaches in the U.S.. My husband and I have stayed at this property several times over the years and really enjoy the proximity to the beach as well as the cleanliness of the home and all it offers. . Would recommend this house for anyone looking to be close to the beach in a beautiful maintained neighborhood. Host is very responsive and accomodating.

Nice, quiet getaway

Nicely updated single unit beach house that is a short walk to beach. Lots of room and all amenities to make for an enjoyable stay. Nearby restaurants are available and have delicious food.

Beach House Fun!

Great place for family time. Just a block off beach access. Laguna Beach is low key and not as packed out like Panama City Beach. Lots of room for everyone. Kitchen big and had everything. Little too warm in July for Florida room and sun deck up top. Owner gives quick responses. Short ride to find food and activities in PC Beach or Road 30A. Only downside was the king mattress in master bedroom. It's extremely soft and probably should be updated. Otherwise, excellent place for a family vacation!

Amazing!!!!

This house is perfect for people wanting an authentic beach house feel with the convenience of modern utilities and perfect proximity to the beach and Rosemary. It’s a 3 min walk to the beach, a 1 mile walk to the town of Rosemary. House is cute, feels like a “summer house” and is a place we plan to return to ASAP! Owner is quick to respond and very helpful.

June ‘21 stay

We had a great time and loved the quietness of the neighborhood with the kids. Some extra traffic due to new constructions but still not enough to worry with. Beautiful beach and crystal clear water!

Annual October trip with friends

The house is cute, plenty of seating for all and just a short walk to the beach (we brought a beach wagon for chairs and coolers). Our only "complaint" was the ceiling which is very grungy/dirty looking and many of the lamps or overhead lights had burned out bulbs in them. If you stay here, there are so many doors! Would have been nice to know which one to use to enter the house before we lugged cold groceries up the stairs to what looks to be the main entrance. We had a wonderful week and would stay here again if we return to the area.

Oh no I wish you would of let me know I would of sent over our housekeeper to replace light bulbs had I known. The big light that wasn't replaced when we re-did the kitchen over is getting replaced at Thanksgiving. The house only has 2 entrances doors guess I can clarify that.

Wonderful beach trip

Great location and great value for area

Property is not new but was clean and spacious. The tv and wifi worked great , house has a new washer and dryer. Located very close to beach access, less than a block. Owner was great to work with and texted us that we could check in early. Overall a large house and plenty of space.in a great location.

Classic Florida beach house

Perfect place for us

We just spent a week at this beach house. It was the perfect house for our family. We especially loved the big open living room. It has plenty of seating for everyone. The screened in porch was a favorite of ours as well. The walk to the beach is very easy (and we have small children). It's a short walk on a quiet street to get to the boardwalk. All in all this was a great place for our family. We would love to stay here again sometime in the future.

Plenty of room,very comfortable and beautiful beach!

We went for a sisters week at the beach as we do every year. We found this house perfect for all 6 of us ladies to have plenty of space and privacy. Big kitchen and living space to hang out all together in. The screened in porch was perfect for early morning coffee chats. The deck on top was perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets and relaxing after a beautiful day at the beach. Very good restaurants in the area. We had a most memorable time at this house and would love to go back again.

Family Fun at the Beach!

We loved the summer house layout, new living room furniture, and most importantly the less than 5 minute walk to the beach!! The house was clean, orderly, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was a nice mix of new and old style summer homes. We loved being in a quiet neighborhood with easy access (10-15 minute drive) to restaurants, stores and entertainment. The beach is one of the most beautiful we've seen! We spent a lot of time on the beach. With the short walking distance, we would go to the house for lunch, bathroom breaks, etc. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already making plans to return! Next time, we hope to stay at least 2 weeks! Thanks for sharing your lovely beach house with us!!!
