This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath townhouse is tastefully updated in May 2025, and located in one of the most desirable areas on the West end of Panama City Beach. We are located on the gorgeous Gulf Coast just 2 miles from 30A and 7 miles from Pier Park. This is Unit #20 at Ramsgate Harbour, a low-rise townhouse development in Panama City Beach, Florida. This low density complex offers an enjoyable beach vacation away from the crowds.

The town house is a two-story unit comfortably accommodating six guests. The bedrooms are located upstairs. Our gulf front master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, roomy closets, TV, a beautifully updated ensuite bathroom with oversized shower. The bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with access to your private balcony overlooking the ocean. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV, roomy closet and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The living room located on the main level has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gulf, a sofa sleeper with a queen sized mattress, 50” wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player and WOW cable, plus a terrific ocean front balcony. The updated dining area will accommodate 5 guests at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar, offering plenty of room for dining and board games. The kitchen is well stocked for those who enjoy cooking with plenty of cabinet space and a pantry. The full size washer and dryer are in the laundry closet. There’s also a convenient half bath on the main living area.

Additionally, you will enjoy the beachside pool, restrooms, pavilion with grills, and covered parking and open parking is available on a first come basis.

Parking registration is online and required to avoid being towed and is $35 per vehicle with a maximum of two vehicles. Guest will receive an email link to register and pay the parking fee once a reservation is made.

Each guest must be 25 years of age to rent and occupy this condo, unless parents are accompanying and staying in the unit throughout the reservation. Ramsgate Harbour does not allow pets. This is a non smoking unit.
