Serene deck retreat with pristine Gulf Views in Laguna Beach on West End PCB

Welcome to Laguna Place Cottages, home of the world’s most beautiful beaches! This triplex of cottages is directly across the street from the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast on the Gulf. You are viewing our upper level Sea-renity Cottage. There are 4 sets of sliding glass doors from which you can view the beautiful Gulf water as far as the eye can see. The spacious 35ft. porch allows for endless relaxation, entertainment and cool Gulf breezes. There are 3 large bedrooms equipped with cozy King beds as well as 2 full baths. Amenities inside include a washer and dryer, central air, all appliances, fully equipped kitchen, dining room table and large living room with plenty of seating.

Sea-renity Cottage is perfect for 6 adults (max) and 8 total. Luxury queen air mattress provided upon request for the 7th & 8th guests.

In the backyard area there is parking for 3 vehicles as well as a custom deck with 3 grills and 500 pound ice machine!

One block to the west, Laguna Place has the convenience of the Carousel market with liquor store and gift shop. One block east is the famous Thomas Donuts & Snack Shop. Just 3-1/2 miles east is Pier Park which offers many attractions, restaurants and shopping.

We also have 2 cottages on the ground floor that are 2/1’s that sleep 4 to 5 if you are looking for something a bit cozier or need one extra space for your perfect vacation. Ask about our special rates and discounts when you rent more than one cottage or the entire property! Great view, front porch

Beautiful clean property, great view, well stocked, great front porch, cozy, only problem was parking, 3 spots advertised but there was a boat and golf cart taking up a lot of the parking. Overall great stay though. Grandbabies had a great time!

Perfect for family vacay!

Our family vacationed here recently and loved our stay! It was clean, convenient to the beach and stores/restaurants, and Jen was so welcoming! This house was fully stocked and even had an ice maker for our giant coolers! We will definitely be back.

Relaxing

Great location just across the street from the beach, not overly crowded. Beautiful sunsets from the front balcony. The beds are comfy. Shopping within minutes.

Everything a Beach House should be!

Views are spectacular and the nostalgia of the whole house is perfect! Our family had an amazing time! The laid back atmosphere is such a wonderful getaway! Thank you Jen for all of the correspondence. We will be back next year, guaranteed!

We loved it!

Most well stocked place we've stayed. Beautiful views. Very close to store that has about anything you could need. Beds very comfortable. Easy to contact owners. Love the big front deck but table and chairs need to be more sturdy. Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay.

Awesome trip

The property was amazing! My family and I had a great vacation. Plenty of room and a great location. Jen was wonderful to rent from and made sure she was available for any needs or problems. Would 100% recommend for a relaxing stay.

Awesome, Fantastic, just what the doctor ordered

Jenn and Jason made everything super easy and were so accommodating. Seriously, awesome people and made sure we had everything we needed. My boyfriend, son and our two dogs had an absolute BLAST on the beach. My boyfriend had to work for the first day, and the WiFi and deck were a perfect office for him. Perfect location super close to everything you need. The place is so cute, very comfortable and the view from the deck is SPECTACULAR. Everything was clean, and we really enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely book with Jenn & Jason again. PS- there is a donut shop right up the block that has really good breakfast and there is a grocery store/liquor store on the other side as well that was supppppper convenient.

That view!

We were incredibly fortunate to find Jason and Jen's beach home on very short notice. It fit the bill for everything we needed - great high speed internet for my husband, who unfortunately had to work, pet friendly, clean, safe, and beachfront - everything was just as advertised. Jason and Jen were so friendly and a blast to talk to. The view from the second story deck is incredible! We watched the sunset every evening and enjoyed a cup of coffee while the sky lightened every morning. It's just a quick jaunt across the road and through the dunes to white sand paradise. The Emerald Coast is by far the prettiest stretch of coastline I have ever seen. We loved wading in the clear, clean water. An added bonus to the location was having Carousel grocery store just a few properties down (great wine selection!), as well as Thomas Donut/Snack Shop. I walked over there several times to pick up breakfast and lunch. We would definitely stay at Laguna Place again. Thanks, Jen and Jason for a great week!

Clean, Comfy, and Convenient

Extremely pleased with our stay at Laguna Beach. The new owners really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The house was furnished with everything we needed. We felt totally safe and the kids had a ball. My wife spent extra time in the ocean because she could see the bottom. It's a short drive to Pier Park for dining and shopping. We are looking forward to coming back next summer.

Legendary “Laguna Place” along the Beach

My wife and I loved sitting on the balcony with the cool sea breeze keeping us comfortable. My kids enjoyed the WiFI while “hanging out” in their rooms or balcony. The beach is 50 feet away for me and my family to swim with the very small fishes. The beach in front of Laguna Place has a unique feature. There is a second sandbar that creates a 3 foot “kiddie pool” like event. This was ideal to watch my 10-year-old daughter play without concern. A convenience store is 100 ft to the west for last minute grocery and knick-knacks and 100 ft from a ice cream, doughnut and breakfast shop to the east. Panama City Beach has a boardwalk, various Go-karts and other events to entertain my 14-year-old son. Overall, my family and I enjoyed “Laguna Place”, so much, that we would highly recommend it.

Wish we could live here!

We found this little hidden treasure last summer and couldn’t wait to book again this year. John & Susan were who we originally booked with but we were here for the change in property ownership and the new folks are super friendly! We especially love how close the property is to Thomas’ Donuts. We are looking forward to coming again next year!!

Perfect vacation spot.

Nice apartment on the coastal highway. Waking distance to groceries as well as Thomas’s restaurant. Exceptional ocean view and owners are first rate. No concerns at all and quite an enjoyable stay.

Absolutely Amazing

Our family had an amazing time during our vacation. John's place was everything we wanted. So clean and neatly organized. Perfect location! Right across the street from the water, far enough away from town and tourists, but close enough to anything we needed. Thomas's ice cream is just a two minute walk. Hi! My name is Jen! I’m from Houston, Texas, and a proud avid fan of the Astros and the Texans! However my heart is split between Florida and Texas now, I am a Panama City Beach local 17 years. When I’m not cheering on my teams, you can usually find me on the water — I love boating, fishing, swimming, and just about any outdoor water activity.

I absolutely enjoy being a host because it allows us to meet wonderful people who often become like family. Many of our guests return year after year — sometimes several times a year — and it’s truly one of the most rewarding parts of what we do!

You will love Laguna Beach! If you have stayed in Panama City Beach before and not have the opportunity to be in Laguna Beach – you will likely never go anywhere else again in Panama City Beach. With walking distance to everything you need, it makes the most relaxing vacation spot. Our beaches are the most beautiful of Panama City Beach because we do not build on the sand to preserve everyone’s right to unobstructed views.

When you choose to stay with us, you are choosing to stay with classic Laguna Beach history! Our triplex was built in 1965 and is the only remaining triplex in Laguna Beach on Front Beach Road. While others around us may be quick to tear down and build larger Mansions, we prefer to keep the 1960s Coastal classic charm! Although the Sea-renity cottage is equipped with and has been updated throughout to modern day comforts and standards, you will find original 1965 charm everywhere you look.
