Sea Salt is a 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home located on the private Sunnyside beach. Our home has three stories, with a large third story patio with fantastic unobstructed ocean views. Easily watch your family on the beach while you relax on the covered patio. The bottom floor features a very large private outdoor shower with a rain shower, large covered and screened patio, a bunk room with a total of 2 bunks (3 twins and 1 full), another bedroom with one full-size bed, a full bathroom with with a stand up shower, a small living room with a 55 inch TV and an oversize two car garage that has been converted into a game room. The game room has ping pong, shuffle board and darts. Stained concrete floors and a private bath make it a great place for kids. We also have a full-size washer and dryer and extra fridge located in the basement.

The second story of the home features a large open kitchen, living room with a 65 inch RUKU TV, full bathroom with a tub and detachable shower head, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two queen beds. The second story also a bar stools in the kitchen, and a six person table in the kitchen. Directly off of the kitchen and living room is a large sun room, that spans the entire length of the home. The sunroom has a dining room table with enough to seat 14, and a relaxing area with a set of chairs to relax.

The third story features an oversized master bedroom, covering almost the entire top story. It has a king size bed, large master closet, and a large master shower, featuring two 60 inch vanities, separate toilet area and a large 5 foot by 5 foot walk in shower. The third story also has a loft area and a large covered patio, with fantastic beach views and gorgeous sunsets.

We have a fully fenced in back yard, perfect for pets and gatherings. This home features seven living spaces which includes two covered patios (top floor and bottom), two living rooms (middle floor and bottom), a sun-room (middle floor), a large game room and a loft (top floor). Plenty of room for large gatherings, family reunions or weddings.

Our home as a total of Four TV's. We have 300mps Comcast/Xfinity high speed internet. We dont have a cable package, but we do offer Philo streaming, as well as all TV's are smart TV's.

With these three homes, we can accommodate up to 30 guests in a total of 10 bedrooms. We are located directly across from Sunnyside Beach, which is one of the only private beaches in the state of Florida. Located on the very west end of Panama City beach, the road in front of our home is only a two lane, and very easy to cross to the beach. You are within 30 steps to the beach, with a beach entrance directly in front of our home.

*Our beach is not pet Friendly, as no beaches in Bay or Walton (Destin) County are, other than the pet beach in Pier Park, which is about 4 miles from our home.
