It`s 80 meters away from the grand sixteenth-century tower, Appartamento B is one of the three units of Villa and it is ideal for a vacation by the sea in the seaside location named Torre Lapillo, part of Porto Cesareo, famous for its sandy beaches and the shallow bottom sea with crystal clear water. Appartament B shares some outdoor spaces with Appartamento A, such as the entirely fenced garden and the parking spot. The holiday home can accommodate up to 7 guests.

Appartamento B of Villa is one of the three units which the villa is divided into. It`s close to the sea of Torre Lapillo, one of the most famous seaside locations in Salento. The villa is introduced by a large courtyard where it`s possible to park one car per unit. The entirely fenced garden is the ideal space to let the children play and it`s shared with Appartamento A. The house has an exclusive outdoor space with table, chairs and barbecue grill for lunches or dinners close to nature.

The rooms of the apartment for rent in Torre Lapillo are simple, basic and functional for a relaxing vacation by the sea. The house consists of a living room with open kitchen and the sleeping area with three bedrooms (a single bedroom, a twin bedroom and a four-bedroom with with double bed and bunk beds) and two bathrooms (one with shower). The accessories at disposal of the guests are the washing machine shared with the other two units, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. The house is equipped with mosquito nets and air conditiniong in the bedrooms.

This villa is in a quiet area of Torre Lapillo, on a street adjacent to the seafront promenade which leads to the sixteenth-century tower. The holiday home is 80 meters away from a small sandy beach and a beautiful low cliff. The characteristic wide sandy beaches which Torre Lapillo is famous for, are 700 meters away and the closest beach establishment is 1,5 kilometers away.

The house is near restaurants and bars, while the city centre of Torre Lapillo with its amenities, such as supermarkets, fish shops, the butcher, the newsstand and tobacco shops, the church and the doctor on duty, is 700 meters away. Porto Cesareo is 6 kilometers away, while other famous seaside locations such as Torre Castiglione, Padula Fede and Punta Prosciutto are a short drive away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Villa composed by 3 units with shared garden and washing machine.
