Island Beach Club 220C is a vacation rental condo on Sanibel Island . This property is pet-friendly with an additional $250.00 pet fee. Please email us for pet approval. Island Beach Club #220C managed by Select Vacation Properties~ A wall of windows and wrap-around lanai gives you a very nice view of the Gulf of Mexico. You will be only 200 ft. from the front door to the beach! This 2nd floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath spacious 1300 sq ft. beautifully furnished condo (sleeps 6). It features a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry room, a 65" LED flat panel smart TV in the main room, 47" LED TV in the master bedroom, 42" TV in the guest bedroom, and wi-fi. In addition, this condo also offers its own personal wi-fi to help maximize your speed and availability. Relax on the spacious lanai, enjoy the large heated pool. This quiet complex on West Gulf Drive has large grass areas with many palm trees, covered parking, a secure storage area with bikes, beach chairs, toys, and more. If you would like to bring your furry family member, we are glad to accommodate you! Please be aware that there is an additional $250 occupancy fee for pet stays. This is a convenience fee and does not cover cleaning, maintenance, damage, or other expenses incurred, required, or associated with hosting a pet. If you have additional questions regarding damage or cleaning costs, please refer to our terms & conditions, or ask one of our friendly associates. A perfect Sanibel vacation awaits you!

Great place and location

Sanibel is beautiful. We’ve been several times and this unit was perfect. Place was well stocked and clean. Beach was about 20 yds away. Unit provides bikes (check them out before renting) umbrellas, chairs for use at beach. Located centrally and we were able to bike everywhere. Condo had a nice pool that was also clean and well kept and has some shade for a break from the sun. Would definitely recommend this place.

Close to the Beach and Dog Friendly

The unit is a closed walk to the beach and it comes equipped with all the toys you need, chairs, umbrellas and bikes to tour the island bike trails. It has nice views of the beach as well. Is dog friendly, our pups had a great time, so for us dog lovers that is a plus. The property managing company was easy to deal with. It provided us with clear instructions for the stay, arrival and departure, and the few questions that I had were quickly answered. Overall we all had pleasant stay a this property.

A View of Paradise

The view from our unit was simply stunning. The furniture was older and could be replaced with cleaner looking furnishings. The unit needs a toaster as well as the toaster over.

Very clean and well-equipped kitchen. Owner great to work with. We enjoyed the pool, which was warm enough to swim in every day of our visit (in January). Close enough to ride bikes to Bailey's for groceries and to Periwinkle restaurants and shops. Would stay again.

Family getaway in private condo.

The Island Beach Club was very quiet during our week which is what we wanted. Walk to the beach which is amazing but some ants and bugs during the day. The beach is dog friendly and that is what we needed this trip!

The condo is just a few steps from the beach. An added plus is that the owner provides bicycles, which are a great way to see Sanibel.

Not the 5 star property we were expecting

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was just so-so. Every bath towel has holes in it. The lamp shades were broken. The grocery cart to transport luggage, etc. was rusted and disgusting. The instructions for the TVs was very out of date - said to use channel 3 - not which HDMI port. Porch chairs were rusted. Bed linens were very old - not fresh and inviting. Bed was very hard.
