Welcome to the Sea Place of St. Augustine Beach! Fit 6 people in this spacious ocean view 2BR/2.5BA condo, a 2-minute walk to our beautiful white-sand beach, and a 1-min walk to the pool with a cabana and chaise lounges. Relax effortlessly at the beach, lounge all day in the sparkling-clean pool, or drive 12 minutes to Historic Downtown St. Augustine. Phenomenal amenities: Two sparkling clean pools, clubhouse, tennis courts, pickleball, racquetball, and basketball!!

This clean, modern ocean view condo embodies the true Florida beach lifestyle! Amenities include two community pools and tennis courts, a basketball court, and private beach access for community guests. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building and is a two-story unit.

- Master Bedroom: King bed, Ensuite full bathroom w/ shower, TV, Oversized balcony w/ outdoor furniture (Sleeps 2 - 2nd floor).

- Guest Bedroom 1: 2x Twin beds, TV, Closet (Sleeps 2 - 2nd floor).

- Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms located on the 2nd floor - Master ensuite with shower, Guest bathroom with tub. Half-bathroom on the 1st floor.

- Living Room: Comfortable couch, 2 accent chairs, TV, air mattress, Dining table for 4, and Bar seating for 2. Half bathroom located next to the kitchen and dining room. (Sleeps 2 - main floor)

- Exterior: Private 2nd-floor and 3rd-floor balconies, Private community beach access, Pool with outdoor lounges and tables, Tennis courts, and Basketball court.

- Laundry Closet: Stacked washer and dryer located in the unit.

- Kitchen: Full kitchen with all kitchen essentials for cooking during your stay.

Great Anniversary Getaway

We loved the condo. Close to everything we wanted to do. Beach is a short walking distance. Condo was stocked with plenty of essentials and was very clean.

We totally enjoyed our time in the condo. It is renovated beautifully and we had no trouble going back and forth to the beach. Would definitely come back to stay here again.

My family of four spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful condo. The beach is amazing and the location unbeatable. The condo is very clean, spacious, well equipped and extremely comfortable. All shown in pictures is accurate and when you get there it looks even better. We would definitely come back.

Quiet and comfortable

Nice condominium for vacation. Close to pool and beach though are time limited there because weather windy during our stay. Nice balconies for looking around. Seems very secure and safe community. Close to lots of places to eat and old town St Augustine! Had very good time!

It was a quiet community with easy beach access and easy to drive to everything we wanted to visit in St Augustine. The property layout was good and views were fine. The kitchen was not well stocked though- there are no silverware, limited drinking cups, an old outdated coffee maker (12 cups is too much), and 4 bath towels were too limited for a family of 5. Beach chairs were also not ideal ( only 2 chairs with 2 camping chairs not meant for sand)

First time to stay in st auginstine

The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, the beach is located fairly close, and the tourist area isn't a far drive, we spent a few days down town St Augustine taking in the sites and the rest of the time on the beach close to the condo. We wouldn't have any problem coming back to stay although we are more partial to Port St Lucie/Stuart area where there isn't as many tourists.. Marty was very responsive in helping us when we were asking for details about sea place. We had my parents along on the trip and they really had a nice stay. Thanks Mark & Christine future Snowbirds

Excellent and easy access to town and beach

This was an excellent location. Butler Beach is a fantastic beach and easy access and very private. The condo was in excellent condition and cleaned and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will return.

Awesome location right on the beach and only a 15 min drive from St. Augustine's main attractions, restaurants, and bars. The place was clean and there was plenty of parking. Family neighborhood, very quiet.

Keyless check went smoothly. We had trouble finding key to gate that leads to beach but finally found it hanging on wall. Everything was great, would stay here again

Worst Place Ever - If you want your Kids to get SICK, book this [or please AVOID at ALL COSTS]

the house is poorly managed by the external management company [Pity the owner]. the house was full of MOULD SMELL and FELT Sick from the moment we entered. My kids felt sick and had breathing problems on first NIGHT and when I raised to the company, Rather than sending someone to check to FIX, they asked us to LEAVE [and I am like we traveled so far with 2 little KIDS, PAID SO MUCH money and then than to FIX or accepting the PROBLEM]. Marty was the worst in customer service, the unit was a MESS. If you want your KIDS or YOURSELF To GET SICK, please GO or AVOID at ALL COSTS! this UNIT is a HEALTH HAZARD. I have pictures/details and more facts[videos of other neighbors who we got in to attest so just not US but the entre neighborhood [last resort for us was to call the COPS]. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Please disregard this review! Please read all previous reviews. The reviewer states the home was a health hazard, so we are not sure why she stayed when we offered her a FULL refund if she felt she needed to leave. She was never asked to leave. She chose to stay 2 more nights! We would have fixed what was wrong, but the reviewer never could tell us what she wanted fixed. We never saw a video or photo during her stay, nor were we contacted by the police. I would guess that the police must not have agreed with you because we never heard from them. We are sure they would have told you to leave if you felt unsafe. This is a nice recently updated, well kept condo and it is a shame you left such an unwarranted review.
