Fabulous pool home on the Gulf

This fantastic home is on an oversized corner lot with incredible water views on two sides. The home sits just 3 blocks from Del Prado Blvd where you have shops, restaurants Walgreens pharmacy and many more commerce. And just a couple minutes to the river.

The home was completely renovated from floor to ceiling and now has a modern open concept design that is not only beautiful but comfortable.

All appliances and cookware are new and so are the bathrooms. We supply towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as a full laundry room with washer and dryer.

When it comes time to relax you can watch tv on your favorite apps on the new 75" HDTV in the living room or you can hang out on the dock and watch the water or watch some dolphins or other fish when they swim by. It's truly a fabulous property on a direct sailboat access deep water canal 5 minutes from the river, which means it a water front view.

The boat dock and lift are brand new and haven't been used yet. So if you want to rent and bring your boat, you can dock it in your own back yard. An additional $50 per day will be charged for the use of the boat dock and lift.
We are making some outdoor updates and landscaping but nothing that will interfere with your stay. We hope to see you in this magnificent waterfront gem sooner rather than later. We just finished building a brand new extra large heated pool with Jacuzzi overlooking the water views. There’s a $30 per day additional charge for the pool heating. Kayaks and paddle boat awaits you.
