Experience Your Vacation Haven

Welcome to unit 209, located in the Crystal Beach area along Scenic Highway 98 in Destin. This one bedroom, one bath condo is located on the second floor of Grand Caribbean East and boasts enchanting views of the Gulf of Mexico and the community pool deck! Sit outside and watch the sunny blue skies fade into a beautiful combination of purple, orange and pink as the sun sets over the water.

The roomy and bright bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV with access to the bathroom. The bathroom also can be accessed from the hall where there are built in bunks, perfect for kids. The open living area has a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, small dining area and double door access to the balcony that has beach views and overlooks the pool. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar for additional seating.

Grand Caribbean East has an onsite pool, hot tub, community grill with picnic tables and onsite parking. It doesn't get much better than this!

Please note that this unit is located in the EAST section of Grand Caribbean.

The Grand Caribbean East is arguably the most prime location in Destin- it’s close enough to where all the action takes place, but far enough away to not be caught up in it. Excellent location!!

We had a great time!! The beach is across the street, the supermarket is 2 minutes away.. Having a washer machine and dryer is so convenient.. We are definitely coming back.

Great location

Great location for a family trip and a quick walk across the road to the public beach access. Although, not super clean and did not have some of the necessary items to stay at this place (i.e. parking pass), overall was a great stay and good location. One thing though, my mother and father stayed right upstairs and was 10x as nice and clean. Would likely stay at this place again!

Amazing Location!

The property was just as described! Literally across the street from the beach, and when it got too hot, the pool with shaded areas was just right! We will be back for sure!!

Ideal spot and comfortable

Super place with easy access to the beach. Condo is in good condition and had a small need for maintenance and property company responded quickly and fixed the trouble immediate (shower drain). Will be visiting next year & booking here.

Great vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! Even though the beach was across the street, it was still easily accessible and just a short walk. The ocean water was the clearest that I have ever seen and the sand was so soft and fluffy. The pool was clean and we didn’t have to share it with a ton of people. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back for a return trip.

Wedding weekend

Our daughter got married on the Saturday of our stay. The rehearsal and wedding was at the beach directly across the street, so it was very useful to just be across the street for a few older family members to be able to wait until right before the wedding. It was a great place with beautiful views.

Great stay!

We have stayed in this condo before. It’s an easy walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the app didn’t update with the correct pool code so we were having to ask other guests for the code. The main bed is also really uncomfortable. The owners have made some nice updates with the other furniture in the room. I would suggest fixing the balcony door because it was hard for us to get it to work. We look forward to staying again!

Easily sleeps 6 as bunk beds are a great added touch. Location provides a nice walking area and is close to some retail and churches. A new mattress and vacuum cleaner would be a good addition.

Beach stay

The property was nice and a very short walk to the beach. The bedding was super comfortable especially after a long day on the beach. The convenience of the pool was wonderful. The only struggle was there was very limited cleaning amenities without purchasing your own. There was one trash bag provided in the kitchen and I did not want to purchase a case of trash bags. My other concern was the shower curtain was moldy. Over all the stay was fine.

Great Stay with easy booking

Property was very nice and as described. Booking was very easy and communication was amazing. Very close to all major events in the area and steps to beach. We felt safe and secure at this property. We stayed on the 2nd floor with no elevator but it wasn’t bad. Parking was easy and lot was well lit with easy access to dump trash as well as take shower after the beach. The outdoor furniture is ready to be updated but interior was clean and accommodating. The management company was on point for everything from check in to check out. Plus they provided beach chairs and toys for the littles. Saved us from having all that in tow. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Grand Caribbean East 209

Cable company were changing out boxes in the Condos and it would have been nice to have been informed about that before hand. Drains in bathroom sink and tub did not drain well at all. Beach chairs were old and rusty and needs to be replaced. Location was perfect and overall the stay was ok.
