Second floor addition added 2023-Brand new renovated 4 bedroom house!
A little piece of paradise by the shore! This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house has been completely renovated from top to bottom and a second story addition added. Brand new fully stocked kitchen with white shaker cabinets, stainless appliances, granite countertops, wine fridge, island and pantry.

Brand new furniture in all rooms. Hardwood floors throughout.

First bedroom on the second floor has a king size bed, 2 closets and 2 dressers for plenty of storage. Upstairs bedroom number 2 has a queen mattress with luxurious linens and full closet and dresser. Upstairs bedroom number 3 is set up perfect for families. It holds a full bunk bed with luxurious serta mattresses and a full closet. There is a large shared bathroom between the upstairs bedrooms with an oversized double vanity a tub/shower combo.

Downstairs bedroom number 4 has a queen size bed and bathroom with walk in shower as well. Great room has 65 inch TV with comcast & DVR, sectional sofa with plenty of seating and a rustic dining table that seats 6. There is also seating for 3 more at the kitchen island.

Front door seating with wrap around porch and 4 Adirondack chairs to sit each night and enjoy the ocean breezes. Side yard also includes a patio with a dining table for 6.

The location can't be beat! Just one block to the ocean, 1 1/2 blocks to West End with nightlife, restaurants and shopping and 1 1/2 blocks to the newly renovated Long Branch Boardwalk. Pier village is just 2 miles away and accessible via the boardwalk as well. Walking distance to churches and synagogues. local grocery store, pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts, 7 Eleven, Surf Taco and many more are all within 3/4 mile of the house.

Great location, beautiful home, shining hardwood floors throughout. Kitchen and bath were top notch. Only drawback is parking limited to two vehicles as spots are very tight and there is limited on street parking nearby. If you have two cars or less, this is the place for you!

Beautiful House With a Coastal Feel

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The house was clean and had a beautiful coastal vibe. A few minutes of a walk to the beach. Caroline was very responsive to any questions that we had. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for my family (5 adults)! It was very clean and the beach house decor was spot on and comfortable! We loved the location with a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, grocery store and restaurants. The kitchen was well supplied as we like to cook and the grill was a bonus. Caroline was very responsive to any questions we had and heard from her within an hour or so. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely stay there again! Thanks Caroline!

Caroline’s place is amazing. The pictures perfectly showcase this space. We were 6x people in total, which included 2x small kids and the space was great. We loved the fully equipped kitchen as we liked to cook, but if you wanted to go out there are more than enough options. There is a welcome book with great suggestions plus the boardwalk basically starts at the end of the road and will take you all the way down to pier village which we loved. Awesome beach getaway, would highly recommend

Great beach getaway

The house is located just a few blocks from the beach in a quiet area, with lots of local shopping and restaurants. Very tidy home, and accommodating hosts. I would definitely stay here again!

The house is in fact close to the beach, but not close to the boardwalk- so for teenagers, not close to the action. The master bathroom is locked (weird) so you will have 1 bathroom upstairs between 5-6 people. There was a mouse (mice?) in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. It was/they were making noise most of the night. There was no shampoo or conditioner, which was inconvenient.

Excellent cottage near the ocean

This is a very clean and comfortable house. The owners were incredibly responsive when we had a question. There is easy access to the beach.

Magical week

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. It is well designed, well laid out and very well equipped. We stayed for a week over Labor Day and the house was a key part of the lovely time we had. The host was very responsive and helpful (sending news about a beach show and fire works that were a highlight of the stay).

Family time

The house was the perfect setting for our situation. We needed to make some memories with my sister and her family and it was perfect. My father who is 87 was so impressed with the house and first floor bedroom. It met our needs perfectly. We hated to leave.

Graduation week

Spent a week at this property with some family for my daughter’s graduation. The property is fantastic as is the location. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental centrally located to Asbury and Sea Bright. Five stars for sure !

As advertised.

The rental was extremely clean and tidy, and owners were very responsive and helpful. Neighbor houses are extremely close together and quite neighborhood overall. Also close to beach, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed our stay. :)

Owners are exceptional to work with Luxurious bedding and towels provided Kitchen is well equipped with quality utensils and cookware Hubby and I especially enjoyed the large master with king Other 3 bedrooms nicely furnished and comfortable Both bathrooms are tastefully updated with beautiful tile and fixtures Beach is clean and guarded Very reasonably priced for all you will get in this 5 star home

Perfect House

Our host thought of everything when she remodeled her beach house - it was so well equipped and beautifully decorated. It had all the extras and was super clean. She really made it comfortable - bed mattesses, showers, and cooking needs. Not one complaint. Close to ocean and boardwalk. Near premium outlets

Sweet Cottage

We stayed here for a long weekend in September to visit our daughter. Caroline communicated with me immediately regarding the property. She worked with us on our time frame for check in and check out. She made it easy and comfortable so all we had to do was enjoy the visit. This adorable cottage is an easy walk to the beach. There are some amazing restaurants very close by on the beach. I wish we were still there. Beds are very comfortable and furniture is new and comfortable as well. Thank you Caroline.

We absolutely loved our stay!

We had the most wonderful five star experience at Caroline's beautiful shore home. The house was recently renovated and was stunning! Every room was so tastefully decorated, and was brand new, including the most beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. The location was amazing. A quick easy walk to the quiet family beach, and an easy walk to the little downtown with awesome shops, restaurants and cute coffee shop. The owners were incredibly responsive, and provided a wonderful list of suggested things to do in the area, which we happily made our way through most of the list. We will need to return soon because there are so many fun things to do in the area. But the house is so beautiful you will be tempted to stay and enjoy all of its comforts as well! We just hated to leave, one of our best experiences on VRBO for sure.

A Wonderful Stay at the Shore

My adult brothers and I stayed together for 6 weeks in this beautiful property. One of my brothers has a serious illness and just had an extensive surgery. We decided to take 6 weeks together at the Shore. The house was beautiful, and it had everything we needed. The host was kind, supportive and responsive. Everything in the house was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and it was great to cook healthy meals there. The beds were all so comfortable. The house is updated, stylish and clean. The location was great. We walked to the beach often. Since it was off season, we had the beach to ourselves most times. Luckily, we had incredible weather, and it was wonderful to sit out on the beach. I, personally, walked the Boardwalk almost every day to Pier Village. It was such a wonderful and peaceful walk. There are nice shops and restaurants there. It was such a peaceful, healing vibe. It is not often you get to live with your siblings as adults, so I feel blessed that we got the opportunity to do so in such a great property. We had a peaceful, quiet, bonding time together. I will cherish it. I know in season must be great but off season was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Such a special sunny and peaceful place!

We weren’t on a typical beach-centered schedule (day camp and WFH instead), so we got to really settle in and experience the comfort of the house. Fresh, clean upgraded decor and amenities with lots of loving attention to detail. For example, the kitchen is already stocked with basic pantry items and spices, which made it a delight to just step in and start cooking. There was even a basil plant! The garden hose outside made sand removal easy, and the w/d was very convenient. Hosts were very responsive and saw to it that all our needs were met for the duration of the visit. We hope to book again if we can next year, and already miss it!

But we have always dreamed of coming back to NJ to spend our vacations there with family and friends. We are so thrilled to have our very own beach house at the beautiful Jersey Shore!

We found this property and learned the location was was perfect for us. Once we went inside and saw the amazing renovations that had been done the deal was sealed!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love being able to ride our bikes to the beach or downtown West End. It's great to be able to walk to dinner and take the kids to the park and for ice cream down the road. Running on the boardwalk or just taking a leisurely stroll on the beach, those are just the icing on the cake for us.
