Check-In Information
Check-in is in person with our representative to ensure a smooth and warm welcome. Before your stay, you’ll receive:
A link to complete your guest registration (required by law)
A link to pay the Barcelona tourist tax
You will need to inform us in advance your arrival time
Confirmation of your scheduled arrival time so our team can greet you and hand over the keys

Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).

City tax:
10,45 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
