Stunning recently renovated villa with pool, Pto Pollensa, 450m beach/pine walk

As featured in the Architectural Digest magazine The Beach House (rental licence ETV/7083) is a recently refurbished villa (2021) in Can Singala which sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms and has an 8m x 4m swimming pool (unheated). Fully air conditioned and heated throughout, the villa is located in Can Singala, a small area of private homes just a short stroll from the beach, the famous Pine Walk and the Hotel Illa D'Or. The garden and pool are private and secluded providing plenty of space for sun bathing & al fresco dining and there is a covered porch where one can still sit outside and enjoy the sea air or dine should the weather not be so kind.

Free ultra fast Wi-Fi (via fibre optic) is offered throughout (up to 1Gb IF CONNECTED DIRECTLY). Speed can vary in the garden and throught the house.

Please note that during the high season of July and August The Beach House is only available to rent from a Saturday to Saturday.

Located in the family friendly urbanisation of Can Singala, just a few minutes walk from the sea and the renowned Pine Walk, The Beach House is a private, detached villa that has been completely modernised to accommodate 8 people with its own private 8m x 4m pool (unheated). Equipped with a 49" flat screen TV with internet channels including UK, German and Spanish speaking, Movistar fusion package, a Sonos play 3 speaker and a separate blutooth speaker the villa has a wonderful audio/visual array.

The villa is south facing with the added benefit of its own private pool and ample outdoor space, encompassing a BBQ area (with a 3 burner Campingaz BBQ), two seating/dining areas (one covered), a Balinese bed and an outdoor shower. There is also a small roof terrace with a high table to sit at and enjoy a drink whilst taking in the view or watching the sun go down.

Inside the villa is fully air conditioned with an open plan kitchen and dinning area, a small snug area with satellite TV (inc movistar fusion), DVD and 1 GB Wi-Fi, 4 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms (2 en suite). The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, bottle chiller, 4 ring induction hob, oven, microwave, 6 slice toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a filtered water tap.

Bath and swimming towels are provided during your stay along with free Molton Brown toiletries. The toletries include a 30g bar of soap, a 50ml bottle of shower gel and a 50ml bottle of shampoo in each bathroom

All bedrooms have 100% Egyptian cotton percale 400TC sheets and new Platinum Comfort visoelastic mattresses to aid sleep with 9 separate layers:
1. Cachemire Fresh Comfort thermoregulable fabric that facilitates total breathability and heat evacuation. In addition to giving the mattress a very soft touch.
2. Natural filaments that provide freshness to the fabric and a very soft feather touch to enhance our rest.
3. Layer of ViscoInstant®, natural and technological product, in its superior padding of 5 cm, which provides optimum postural comfort and thermal comfort for rest, reducing pressure points and increasing the ergonomics of the set.
4. Natural harmless fibers with antibacterial, anti-mite and antifungal treatment.
5. Breathable Thermofused fabric, which enhances the absorption of moisture, providing maximum security against the proliferation of molds and bacteria.
6. High Density Air Resilence core of 30kg / m3 of 20 cm, combined with two-sided Graphene viscoelastic. The function of these elements is to detect every point of our body to provide optimal comfort. In addition thanks to its aeration channels, it is considered one of the coolest mattresses in the market.
7. Layer of ViscoInstant®, natural and technological product, in its 2 cm padding, which provides optimum postural comfort and thermal comfort for resting, reducing pressure points and increasing the ergonomics of the set.
8. Bottom fabric with Fresh Air Plus 3D technology that enhances the total aeration of the mattress, managing to distribute the perspiration and oxygenation evenly throughout the structure of the mattress and thus promote its freshness.
9. Perimeter fabric with Fresh Air Plus 3D Technology that achieves optimal aeration by the sides of the mattress.
