Hystorical Villa (built 1796) - surrounded by the beautiful Florentine hills

The location offers an oasis to relax in the beautiful countryside of Florence and it's only 17 km from the historic center of Florence.
Being inside a private nature reserve of 80 hectares you can go for leisurely walks in the countryside to enjoy nature and animals.

"Casa Bella" is an ancient villa, built in 1796, surrounded by the beautiful Florentine hills.
The villa had been built by the monks of the nearby monastery of Montesenario to host the numerous pilgrims who came from Florence; at that time they had to walk a day and a half to go from Florence to this famous sanctuary.
"Casa Bella" was built to allow people to sleep and eat, and the day after they could continue their journey.
The refurbishment of this house was completed 2 years ago, respecting the traditions and spirit of the period in which it was built.

Today we are an organic farmhouse, we produce olive oil and vegetables.
We are near to Montesenario, Lago di Bilancino, Siena, San Gimignano e Vinci. If you want to do shopping there is Barberino Outlet.

There are all the accessories, such as washing machine, iron and cooking equipment, and tools to enjoy your stay with us.
The apartments have a closed, private parking in front of the house.

At 1,4 km you have a grocery and a restaurant and at 4,5 km you have everything including the supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, coffe bar etc.

The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.

At the moment of the arrival you need to provide a security/damage deposit of € 150 which will be returned at the moment of the check-out if no damage
is done to the property or its contents, all the keys are returned, solied dishes and glasses are cleaned and no linens are lost or damages.
Everything is included in the booking rate with the exclusion of the city tourist tax of 3,50€ per person per night that the Italian state applied for every tourist for the maintenance of the cultural and artistic heritage of Italy.
I'll collect in cash at the moment of the check-in together with the security deposit.

The air-conditioning is optional if you want they are available at the rate of 15 euro per day.
The heating is not included, it's available at cost 1,2 eur per cubic meter. You will measure the gas meter at the moment of the check-in and check- out and you will pay based on consumption.

The check-in is from 3 pm until 7 pm and there is an extra cost for any time you need. The check-out is before 10 am.
