Grooms Cottage is a stylish, bright and airy cottage in the grounds of striking Grade II listed Talaton House.The cottage sleeps three people, two in a ground floor double bedroom and one in a single bed on a first floor mezzanine overlooking the living space. No children under the age of 12 due to the mezzanine. They share a wet/shower room. On the ground floor the living area is open plan with a sitting area, sleek kitchen and dining area with full height glazed doors overlooking open parkland. Outside you'll find a little seating area, attractive gravelled terrace, parking for two cars and you are of course welcome to use the extensive lawns and grounds. Grooms Cottage is a lovely house, ideal for a Devon holiday. Note: This property does not accept children under 12 due to the mezzanine.
