Secluded wonderful Villa, 50m2 pool, perfect for families and large groups

Villa Dolores, just outside Pazin town, is a spacious property ideal for large groups and families with 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. This beautiful restored old stone house is completely private and peaceful. The big swimming pool and large outside covered terrace are surrounded by meadows and woods. The villa plot is large and there are no neighbours overlooking the property. You will find the house to have a lot of character and take home wonderful memories.

The Villa is completely equipped with everything you might need for a perfect vacation. The large kitchen with all the cutlery and appliances.
Comfortable sofas, big screen TV with a DVD and satellite programmes are located in the large inside living room. The complete interior is air conditioned.
Outside there is a fireplace with a barbecue (grill), the outside terrace with a dining table and many sofas. All around the pool there are sun beds.
There is also a billiard table, table tennis, badminton equipment, a large map of Istria with sight spots...

The entire Istrian peninsula with its coastal towns is within a short drive. Good places to eat and interesting things to see, like the 1000 year old town of Pazin, are doted all around. Bicycles are available for rent.

Great place for a large family

We met up to celebrate a birthday - 10 adults, 11 children (6-16 years old) and two dogs - and had a great week.

Vacation with friends

This is a wonderful property to relax with a large group of family or friends. Eugen was a wonderful host and easily contactable. We were touched by the gifts we were given (including delicious wine and cake!). The property was clean, well kept and contained everything we needed for our stay. Eugen was also happy to provide restaurant recommendations.There are lots of activities within driving distance including zip lines, kayaking and caves and it was great to come back and relax by the pool after an adventurous day. We thoroughly recommend!

Birthday Getaway

Our group of 15 had a fantastic week here. The owners were so friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any query. We made use of their private chef option and the fish was fantastic. The adults loved the villa and so did the kids. Great place and highly recommended by all the group!

A beautiful place with lovely bathrooms.. excellent kitchen .. all modern conveniences within a fabulous rural setting…. with equally fabulous places to visit by the sea, hilltop towns…and great adventure challenges… and such a lovely host and hostess.. the coup de grace was the swimming pool …

The villa is just perfect. Super nice and helpful host. Really spacious outdoor area. The kitchen is very well equipped. Tasteful interior. Clean and big pool. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Supermarket is 5 Min away. Couldn't have asked for more!

Five young families on holiday

This was the ideal home to spend a week with five young families. The house layout enabled everyone to have the space they needed and the outdoor eating/sitting/games area is adjacent to the kitchen and overlooks the pool -which was the ideal size, crucially with no sides, so children could be 'left to it', but watched from the dinner table. Super place 40mins or so from the coast, the waterfall in Pazin is well worth a morning visit, as are some of the traditional coastal towns, or just stay put at the villa. There's plenty to do and lots of space to relax.

A big family holiday for 18 people!

We are an extended family of 18 (aged 8-73 years) who visited Pazin so that we could connect with family who live locally and to visit our father’s birthplace. Villa Dolores was the perfect location with bedrooms & bathrooms for all, a well equipped kitchen and laundry, as well as fabulous inside and outside areas. We had a reunion lunch with 50 people and we all fit in the outside area without issue. The kids loved swimming in the pool, grass for football, table tennis and pool table. Villa Dolores is even better than the pictures show. We cannot recommend highly enough!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We arrived at the villa late and Eugen and Dolores were there to greet us with some wine, cakes and watermelon. They are a lovely couple. Straight away we all felt at home and comfortable. The Villa was perfect for us as the outside area was large with pool table and table tennis. The teenagers had one end and adults had the other end. We made large meals and sat at the long table lit by candles. In the evening the swallows would swoop down and drink from the pool. It was beautiful countryside and very peaceful. There was 2 supermarkets and petrol stations 5 min drive, Some good restaurants nearby - try Pepperone for the ribs. Quad biking, horse riding, zip line, water park, caving - so much to do. We drove to the towns of Porec and Rovinj highly recommend. Take water shoes as beaches are shingle. Would recommend highly - the villa is perfect for large groups and Eugen and Dolores were the perfect hosts.

Paradise

We were a group of 13 (5 adults and 8 kids 10-15 years) staying the last week of June. The house is big with a lot of bedrooms (in fact we missed one of them that was found a couple of hours into day one by our children) allowing everyone who wants to have their own space. Rooms are clean and nice and each have their own bathroom/shower/toilet. Even though everyone have their own room you always feel together as a group because of the fantastic covered patio by the pool. It might not be obvious from the pictures but this area is huge with both a very large dining table AND sofas/benches AND pool table AND table tennis. This allows everyone to be able to socialize even though some wants to swim in the pool, some want to be in the sun, others need to stay away from the sun and yet others just want to drink coffee and read😄 I cannot tell how unique this area really is but we have spent many summers in Italy in large houses with pool areas but never ever have we experienced such a great “socializing area” as this. Very conveniently there is also a toilet out here (meaning no wet footprints through the house😊). The pool is nice, small yet big enough to fit all the kids and some adults playing. Garden is large, beautiful and hosts a badminton/volleyball net. The host are wonderful and helped us immediately whenever we had questions or needed help. The location of the house is perfect for excursions to Porec, Rovinj, Pula. Our warmest recommendations, we’d love to come back!!

Eine wirklich großartige Unterkunft für alle, die wie wir mit einer großen Gruppe (ob Familie oder Freunde) gemeinsam Urlaub machen wollen. Hier findet jeder seinen Platz, ob am Pool, beim Volleyball auf dem Rasen oder ruhigen Lesen hinterm Haus. Und dank der guten Verkehrsanbindung sind Tagesausflüge ans Meer oder andere schöne Ort in Istrien auch gut möglich (30-60 Minuten Fahrzeit je nach Ziel).

Familienurlaub in entspannter Atmosphäre

Ein äußerst geräumiges Haus im Stil Kroatiens mit kühlenden Steinmauern. Liebevoll renoviert vermittelt es Mittelmeerflair. Die großzügige überdachte Terrasse war für uns ideal und hat allen Platz geboten. Poolbillard und Tischtennis wurde ausgiebig genutzt und der Pool hat die benötigte Abkühlung geboten. Eine große Wiese hinter dem Haus hat ausreichen Bewegung für unseren Vierbeiner ermöglicht und auch wenn gewünscht für ein wenig mehr Ruhe um mehr für sich zu sein oder Badminton zu spielen. Im nahe gelegenen Pazin konnten wir all unser Einkäufe leicht erledigen. Durch die zentrale Lage in Istrien waren die Küstenstädte Rovinj, Porec und Pula in relativ kurzer Zeit erreichbar und so konnten wir auch ein wenig Meerluft schnuppern. Alles in allem eine schöne Woche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Erfahrungen!

Ich habe das Haus durch eine Empfehlung gebucht, und würde selbst das Haus definitiv weiterempfählen. Das Haus sieht in echt noch schöner aus als auf den Fotos. Wir sind in einer großen Gruppe (Schulklasse) verreist und uns wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Geräte wie Geschirrspüler oder Waschmaschine haben auch ausnahmslos funktioniert. Auch der Vermieter ist wahnsinnig nett und hat immer auf unsere Bedürfnisse geachtet! Ein toller Urlaub und ich würde das Haus wieder buchen!

Schöner Urlaub mit 14 Personen, alles top, kleine Kritikpunkte

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen + Kleinkind - haben eine Woche dort verbracht. Villa + Grundstück ist riesen groß und mindestens so schön wie auf den Fotos. Für große Gruppen ist alles in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Vermieter war super freundlich, leider hat er uns aber fast täglich unangekündigt besucht. Geschmacksache ob man das als störend empfindet. Im kleinen Nebengebäude, wo sich zwei Schlafzimmer befinden, hat es etwas nach Keller gerochen und die Türen haben unten einen Schlitz . Aus diesem Grund kamen öfters mal Krabbel-tiere rein. Alles in allem war alles super und die Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Wir würden die Villa wieder buchen.

Ein tolles Haus und ein toller Gastgeber!

Wir hatten einfach eine super schöne Woche in der Villa Dolores! Für unsere Familie, wir waren 13 Personen inkl. 1 Kind, war die Villa perfekt! Die überdachte Terrasse haben wir genossen. Mit dem großen Tisch konnten wir alle super draußen Essen. Es wurde Billard und Tischtennis gespielt. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr schön eingerichtet und man konnte gut schlafen. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts! Und auch der Pool ist toll! Auch für Kinder super! Dadurch das die Villa abgelegen liegt hat es auch niemanden gestört wenn es mal etwas lauter geworden ist. Wir können die Villa Dolores absolut für einen Großfamilienurlaub empfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Mateo und seine Familie!

Tolles Haus

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und selbst wenn mal etwas kaputt geht, sind die Gastgeber sofort da um zu helfen oder gar auszutauschen. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder :-)!

Vacances à Pazin

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Dolores. De l'espace pour chacun, la table de tennis de table a été un réel succès. Le très vaste patio extérieur est une riche idée. Les hirondelles qui viennent boire à la piscine sont un spectacle permanent. La machine à laver la vaisselle nous a paru un peu petite pour les larges plats proposés, mais un peu de vaisselle à la main ne nous a pas gênés. Merci à Dolores pour les délicieux gâteaux préparés à notre intention et à Mateo pour son vin fait maison offert à notre arrivée. Bien à vous

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Objekt. Alles war sauber und der Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!

Super Haus für große Gruppen - einmalig schön 🤩

Wir waren mit unserer Großfamilie in Summe 22 Personen vor Ort. Es ist ein schönes Haus mit genügend Platz für alle….die Überdachte Terasse ist einmalig…wir haben dort fast 14 Tage gelebt, gegessen, gefeiert, etc. …. Alle waren begeistert. Der Vemieter Eugen war super nett und für uns immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatte. Die Küche war super ausgestattet…außer die Spülmaschine die nicht immer sauber wusch, weil für 22 Personen eigentlich zu klein. Oder wir haben die falsch bedient. Eine Kleinigkeit würden wir aber als Verbesserung vorschlage …. Die Duschen sollten irgendwann mal eventuell mit festen Duschabtrennung und nicht mit Vorhängen ausgestattet werden und die Duschbrausen sollten mal ausgetauscht werden. Aber das sind nur Verbesserungsvorschläge um noch besser zu werden….wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen…es hat bei euch sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Urlaub mit Freunden

Traumhaft gelegene Villa im grünen mit einem super netten hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Es bietet für jeden ausreichend Platz ob als Gruppe oder für mehrere Familien. Komplett ausgestattetes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Im Außenbereich steht ein Billardtisch und eine Tischtennisplatte zum spielen bereit. Genügend Sitzgelegenheiten im freien sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Pool lädt ein um sich in der kroatischen Sonne zu erfrischen. Kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit 16 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern im Alter von 1-8 Jahren verbracht. Das große Ferienhaus mit viel Platz in und ums Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch mit dem Auto nur wenige Kilometer in die Stadt. Alles war sehr sauber und großzügig ausgestattet. Das absolute Highlight ist der Pool - selbst die Kleinen konnten sich am Pool aufhalten, da er circa zwei Meter flach reingeht. Für die Kleinen wurden Kinderbetten und Stühle gestellt. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen umgehend erreichbar. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert

Our house is a family heirloom, we've lived here for all our lives and we call this region our home. We especially enjoy the serenity of the area and the kind people in the charming town of Pazin.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The house is ideally suited for large groups, with a huge covered open space above the pool, with sofas, dining table, fireplace, pool table, additional outside bathroom and spacious surroundings. Our pool is built with a beach and a zero-level entrance which is a wonderful delight for children. We have taken great care into equipping the Villa for a completely relaxing holiday!
