This cottage converted from a barn is situated on a farm near the Devon town of Colyton and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The Linney is a cottage converted from a barn on a traditional Devon farm near the little town of Colyton. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and twin, with a family bathroom. On the ground floor is an open plan living space with seating area, dining area, kitchen and doors to a patio.There is an adjacent shared laundry room. Outside is also a big shared lawn with barbecue and a shared games barn. 2 Dogs accepted, fee charged for second. Four miles from Colyton, The Linney is a friendly cottage for a Devon break. Please note: the property accepts a 3 night minimum duration of stay. Note: Bookings of only 7 nights from Saturday - Saturday are accepted at The Linney during the peak season, this is from the 18th July 2026 - 22nd August 2026 and 17th July 2027 - 21st August 2027 inclusive.
Amenities: Central heating. Microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi. Shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking.
