This beautiful beachside apartment is situated in the South Devon seaside village of Bigbury-on-Sea and can sleep six people in two bedrooms.

Apartment 5 is a stunning ground floor beachside apartment situated 20 yards from the lovely sandy beach in the Devon coastal village of Bigbury-on-Sea. The apartment sleeps six people in two en-suite bedrooms, a double and a twin, and on a new king size sofa bed in the living area. On the same level is an open-plan living space with fantastic sea views, seating area, dining area, kitchen and glazed doors to a terrace with furniture and electric barbecue. Within the same building are shared leisure facilities, an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym, all free of charge, and a smart bar/restaurant. Outside is off-road parking in a reserved parking space for one car or two cars nose to tail. Positioned beside a beach and with amazing views of the sea and Burgh Island, Apartment 5 is a special place for a Devon break. Note: The Club Restaurant, newly renamed The Deck at the Causeway is open from 10 am daily and offers a selection of hot and cold food and a wide selection of beverages - booking is advisable for the restaurant during high season and weekends.
Note: The Leisure Club includes the indoor swimming pool and gym and is also open daily from 10 am, booking is not required - please check The Club's closing time as this may vary depending on the time of year

Amenities: Electric fires with night storage heating. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and bath and hand towels (also beach towels and tea towels) inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for one car, or two cars nose to tail in a reserved parking space. Enclosed terrace/patio with barbecue. Indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Shared use of leisure facilities and restaurant/bar within the building. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - Pet friendly! Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: Leisure facilities open from 10am every day (except Christmas day and Boxing day). Note: This property does not accept children under 14 in gym or sauna. Note: The Deck at the Causeway restaurant/bar is open 10am to 9pm during the High Season, reservations recommended, (for all other times of the year, please contact the Leisure Centre for opening times)

GOOD HOLIDAY

5 Burgh Island Causeway is a ground floor 2 BR apartment with easy access to car parking and unloading/loading the car with holiday baggage. The apartment is well equipped with an excellent beach and sea view to Burgh Island which we can walk to when the tide is out. The beds are very comfortable as is the living accommodation with good kitchen and laundry facilities. The access to the Club is easy from the apartment and also from the Causeway coded gate. The Club is managed politely and well with a good food and drinks selection . Well done to you all.
