Maristow Barton is a big detached Georgian house in countryside 1 ½ miles from the Devon village of Milton Combe. The house sleeps 16 people in eight bedrooms over the first and second floor, five double and three twin with eight bath and shower rooms. On the ground floor is a hall, sitting room with open fire and dining area, a TV room and a kitchen. Outside is an enclosed courtyard with barbecues and furniture, a big lawn, a games room and a jetty on the River Tavy for launching a small boat. With style and comfort, Maristow Barton is an amazing house for a sociable break in Devon.
Amenities: Central heating with open fire. Microwave, fridge, fridge, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 10 cars. Enclosed garden with gas barbecue. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking.
