It has a new comfy king bed in the bedroom, 2 full baths (with shower over tub) a drop down Murphy bed, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a dining area, fully furnished kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter top and full sized appliances with microwave, ice maker, cook top/oven, fridge and dishwasher.This condo is extremely well-stocked. You really won’t need to bring a thing with you! There is even a cabinet full of spices if you plan on cooking. A blender, hand mixer, cake pans, dish towels, BBQ utensils, Tupperware containers, plastic cups, paper plates, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, very nice dishes/pots/pans, dish soap, laundry detergent...it was all there already, so you are covered if you forget something! There is a detached laundry room just for this unit located across the hall, which is nice because you never have to hear it run. The laundry closet also holds an abundance of beach toys, chairs, umbrella and beach mats. There is a bench outside the door of the unit where you can place sandy beach toys to keep from dragging them through the condo. Flat screen TV’s in both living room and bedroom with wireless internet and DVD player.

The 2nd floor balcony overlooks a heated pool making it easy to keep an eye on the children or grandchildren. The patio by the pool has gas grills, tables with umbrella and chairs, lounge chairs and drink machine. There is a recreation room with pool table TV etc. and an outside shuffle board and tennis court. There is also a parking area for boat trailers.
