Spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a great view of the Gulf from your own private balcony or from your living room. This beach get away is decorated in warm tropical decor. The bedroom has a very comfy king size bed and adjoining master bath. If you need more room for sleeping we have a daybed and a queen sleeper sofa with nearby bathroom. This condo is furnished with all the comforts of home and fully equipped to make your beach get away perfect. There is a laundry room with washer / dryer that includes a great area to store all your beach items during your stay.

Perfect beach spot

This beach condo was perfect. Steps from the beach. Not crowded and the condo was lovely and had everything we need. We wish we could have stayed longer! Already looking into booking it again!

Very nice and clean condo. Exactly as described. The owner replied quickly to all our questions. The kitchen was well stocked with anything youā€™d need. Very quiet area and beautiful view of the beach.

I donā€™t have one negative thing to say about our stay. Everything was just as described in the posting. The view was amazing. Perfect floor with views of the pool and beach. Steps away from the beach. The condo was very nice and clean. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great trip

We had a wonderful stay at PCB. The weather couldnā€™t have been more perfect. The condo was nice and clean. We had everything we needed (except an automatic coffee maker but a quick trip to Wal-Mart solved thatā€”there was a Keurig available but we prefer a pot.) We beat the crowds and enjoyed every minute. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Justin is amazing!!!! Answered all my questions in a very prompt manner. This is my first ever VRBO, so the whole process was new to me. The condo was fantastic!! It was very clean, and up to date with modern touches. I loved the old blue ricking chair in the patio. We canā€™t wait to go back.

Mariner west 303

This is the second year our family has stayed in this room and we loved it just as much as we did last year. This condo feels like home away from home with plenty of space for our family of 4. Always clean and well stocked with everything you need. We love that the laundry room is across the way with extra space for all beach accessories so that the room isnā€™t crowded with everything. The weather was a bit crappy this year but all in all our visit was amazing.

Loved It

This condo had everything you could ask for. It is so much better than the high rises. The parking and check in were very easy. The property owner was very nice and easy to deal with. The condo itself was cute, cozy, clean and the views were amazing. It was like your home but it was sitting right on the beach. Everything was beautifully decorated too. The grounds were well kept and nice also. I canā€™t say enough about this condo. I will be back.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on vacation here. The property was very clean and accommodating. The condo was immaculately clean and comfortable. My most favorite part of the condo was the balcony furniture and the viewā€¦.everything was perfect! We will definitely make this our annual place to stay while in Panama City. This room is great and as pictured. Itā€™s clean, updated, well decorated and comfortable. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Love all the furniture and the balcony set up. Perfect Spot For Quiet Vacation

The unit was perfect for my family of 4. Everything was clean the moment we walked in. Justin (property owner) was very prompt with his communication and answered all questions we had, both before our stay and during. The view off the balcony for both the beach and pool was great. Being a middle unit helped keep the wind down. Our friends stayed on a corner unit and had lots of wind coming from between the buildings when on their balcony. Mariner West is a quiet facility, with all the other guests/owners being incredibly friendly. Plenty of space on the beach too for the week we stayed. We will definitely be coming back to unit 303 in the future!
