We welcome you to this beautiful apartment for 5 people, located in an impressive complex with outdoor community pool, heated pool, and just a few steps away from the beach of Gandia.
For those who love warm weather, the sea and continuous entertainment, this excellent residential will become a dream place to enjoy your vacation, as it is only 600 m from the beach and has several saltwater pools, tennis court, paddle tennis court, gym, sauna and even an area to prepare barbecues! One of the pools is outdoor, measures 24 m in diameter, goes from 0.90 m to 2 m deep, and communicates with a children's pool of 14 m in diameter and 0.35 m to 0.90 m deep. There is also a heated pool of 8 m x 5 m and 1.50 m deep. In the garden, surrounded by lawn, you can lie in the sun or play with the children.

The apartment, decorated with a modern style and very good taste, has a terrace overlooking the mountains, equipped with a table and chairs for our guests to start the day with energy having a rich breakfast before deciding whether to practice some sport, go to the beach or spend the day at the pool. Inside, the living-dining room equipped with AC and radiator invites you to relax on the sofa watching Smart TV or a DVD movie, or reading a book. The separate kitchen with ceramic hob has large worktops for cooking at ease and leads to the laundry room where there is washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms. Your rest is paramount so you have at your disposal two bedrooms with closet, very comfortable and spacious. One has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed, a single bed and a wall heater. A crib and a high chair are available.

The beach of Gandia is a true paradise thanks to its great location, good weather and its great coastal stretch of white and fine sand and its clean waters. We recommend visiting Platja del Nord or Platja d L’Ahuir. Sunday afternoons are the ones to visit the local market. If you enjoy nature, do not miss the opportunity to get to know Ullal de l’Estany, one of the springs that nourish the Gandia moss.

The outdoor pool opens from June 1 to September 30.
The heated pool opens from October 1 to May 31.
The tennis, paddle tennis, gym and barbecue facilities are free. The sauna is paid and works with coins. Facilities hours are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
