This comfortable Perigord style home is surrounded by a shaded garden of 1600SQM entirely closed. There is a 8Mx4M swimming pool with a uniform depth of 1,5M which is heated from early May until end of September. The pool is equipped with a security cover electrically controled.
The property includes two houses .The main house has a surface of 145 SQM on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen/dining room, a bathroom/toilet/laundry room, a large living room, and a storage room. On the upper floor are 3 bedrooms equipped with a kingsize bed, a queensize bed and a doublebed (one of the bedrooms has also a single bed). On this upper floor there are a bathroom (with bidet) and a shower room/toilet(also with bidet). The small house has a large romm of 30SQM: ist is equipped witha large double bed (180 CM), a shower room with toilet, and a small kitchen. Equipment for a baby is provided.
The hamlet is very quiet and allows to fully enjoy the garden. Garden furniture is provided in order to have drinks and meals outside. There are beach chairs to relax on the pool side.
Many tourist attractions and soprt activities are available at short distances.
