Welcome to the enchanting Keauhou Hale, nestled in the heart of the renowned Keauhou resort area. This stunning retreat is perfectly positioned to offer breathtaking views of the golf course and the serene He'eia Bay. Surrounded by tranquility, Keauhou Hale provides an idyllic escape from the everyday hustle.
We recently upgraded the house with a new kitchen, new bathrooms, and some new furniture indoors and outdoors.
Spanning an impressive 3,300 square feet, this luxurious home boasts five spacious bedrooms and five elegant bathrooms. The vaulted ceilings create an expansive, airy atmosphere, enhancing the overall sense of space and freedom. From the backyard, you'll be captivated by the sweeping vistas of the golf course, making you feel as if you're living in a private park, bordered by the shimmering Pacific Ocean and the picturesque Heāeia Bay, right next to the Kona Country Club Ocean Golf Course.
Location Highlights:
Just a 5-minute stroll to Keauhou Bay and the Fairwinds tour ship.
A leisurely 10-minute walk south leads you to the Sheraton Kona Resort, Rays on the Bay, Haleo Luāau, and an array of 5-star restaurants and luxury resorts.
Head north for 10 minutes to discover the Keauhou shopping center, featuring a variety of stores, restaurants, a movie theater, and a vibrant farmerās market.

Bedroom Details:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed with an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed, twin bed, and baby crib with an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed.
Bedroom 4: King-size bed, twin bunk beds, and a child bed.
Bedroom 5: King-size bed, twin over full bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom.
For additional sleeping arrangements, a queen-size sofa bed is available in the den of the main house.
Comfort and Convenience: The main house is equipped with three split AC units to maintain a comfortable climate throughout, complemented by three window AC units in selected bedrooms and an additional split AC in the Ohana suite. Ceiling fans are also present in every room for added comfort.
The newly upgraded kitchen, featuring state-of-the-art appliances and a high-end gas stove on the island, offers a delightful space to create memorable meals for your loved ones.
Golf Course Access: Keauhou Hale is directly adjacent to the Kona Country Club golf course, offering stunning views of the palm-lined greens. The course is open to the public, with club rentals available for your convenience.
Perfect for Special Occasions: Whether youāre planning a family reunion, a milestone birthday, an anniversary celebration, a graduation party, or a corporate event, Keauhou Hale is the perfect venue to make your occasion truly special.

Maximum Occupancy: Only the individuals specifically registered at the end of this document shall occupy the premise at any time. Children are counted in the total of the occupancy. Over-occupancy is a material violation of this lease agreement. If you bring more guests than the number of registered guests, you will be charged at the rate of $100 per person per night. Or otherwise, it will be $1000 per night fine applied to your reservation.
Parties or events: No parties, events, or visitors are allowed at the property without explicit written permission from the owner. There shall never be more than the number of guests in the reservation on the premises at any time.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am daily. A $1000 fine will be applied to your reservation if you violate the quiet hours rule. Repeated violations may result in eviction from the rental property.
Check-In: TENANT agrees that rent commences no earlier than 4 pm on the day. Early check-in may be permitted if the house is ready, and must be pre-arranged with LANDLORD. The additional fees for early check-in are $199 for 2 pm check-in, $399 for 12 pm check-in, $499 for 10 am check-in.
Check-Out: TENANT agrees to vacate the premises no later than 11 am on check-out day. TENANT's security deposit shall be forfeited if you do not vacate the premises by 11 am unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late check-out may be permitted if there is no new tenant arriving on the same day. Late check-out must be pre-arranged with LANDLORD. The additional fees for late check-out are $99 for 12 pm check-out, $299 for 2 pm check-out, $499 for 4:00 pm check-out, $599 for 6 pm check-out, and $699 for 8 pm check-out

Aloha! This is Emmy. I am the owner and manager of these lovely vacation rentals in Kailua-Kona of Hawaiāi. I have been working in Silicon Valley for over 25 years and worked as a software engineer and entrepreneur. I founded several startup companies in Silicon Valley, built several successful businesses, and pursued my entrepreneurial dreams there. I loved living in California and still consider it my "Home on the Mainland."
My lifelong dream has always been to live in Hawaii - paradise on earth. My first truly memorable experience in Hawaii was my first vacation in Hawaii. I visited each of the Hawaii islands. I fell in love with Kona. The Big Island is the best. There is so much to do here, with crystal clear water for snorkeling, rainforests, waterfalls, and volcanoes to explore, and mountains that almost reach the stars.
Besides high tech, one of my lifelong interests has been real estate. I love exploring the properties in every destination I visit. Combining my love for Hawaii and homes, I now own 5 beautiful vacation rental houses.
I have put much effort into every house to make them as comfortable and welcoming as your own home. I use the latest technologies in rental houses, including a smart lock, a comprehensive customized online welcome book for each guest, and much more.
I built the best team which is responsible and responsive to your inquiries and needs. We live close to all of our rental houses, we are always available for our guests. We do our best to provide the best services.
I've always felt at home with the tropics and the ocean. From volcanoes to waterfalls, my favorite part of Kona is the snorkeling that gives you a peek into the vast and amazing ocean life. Kailua-Kona, the town itself also has a great, laid-back vibe and easy access to beaches, stores, farmer's markets, and restaurants.

I've always felt at home with the tropics and the ocean. From volcanoes to waterfalls, my favorite part of Kona is the snorkeling that gives you a peek into the vast and amazing ocean life. Kailua-Kona, the town itself also has a great, laid-back vibe and easy access to beaches, stores, farmer's markets, and restaurants.
