The Trullo del Lazzeruolo is a traditional stone house situated in the monopoly countryside, dedicated to those who love the quiet of the countryside and want to relax between nature and the peace of the surrounding landscape.
The structure consists of several cones carefully renovated and equipped with every comfort, in a privileged area, a short distance from the beaches of the Chapter, the charming historic center of Monopoli, the Trulli of Alberobello, the Caves of Castellana and the Safari Zoo of Fasano .
Staying in our trulli, you can move comfortably to discover Puglia, enjoying the enchantment of the monopolitan hill, without giving up the sea.
The house has a living room with sofas and TV, a kitchen equipped with every comfort and a dining room with a traditional wood-burning fireplace where you can enjoy delicious Apulian specialties.
The sleeping area consists of a first double bedroom that retains the traditional domed shape, a second bedroom with two single beds, with the possibility of using a third extra bed or a cot for children.
The bathroom is comfortable and has a walk-in shower.
The exterior of the property has a large stone veranda, a relaxation area equipped with swimming pool, hammock and sun loungers, in order to offer moments of healthy and peaceful relaxation.
For your moments of fun, the property has bicycles, swings and soccer ballila.
The bicycles made available to guests will offer you the possibility of wonderful walks in the magnificent Apulian countryside, among olive trees, verdant pergolas and citrus trees.

Mooi verblijf om leuke uitstapjes vanuit te maken.

Na een vriendelijk ontvangst (we waren iets te vroeg) konden we onze koffers achterlaten in de woonkamer en gingen we boodschappen in de buurt doen. Het huisje was keurig schoongemaakt. ā€˜s morgens werden soms verse kersen, pruimen en vijgen buiten op de tafel voor ons klaargezet. Het huisje is vrij eenvoudig maar verder prima. We konden het wat moeilijk vinden.
Schoon en heerlijk zwembad om lekker af te koelen.
Ruime tuin met hangmat.
Groot terras met barbecue.

Nachsaison in Apulien

Die Besitzerfamilie wohnt nebenan und Maria begrĆ¼ĆŸte uns mit Focaccia, Olivenƶl und Eiern aus dem Garten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Falls etwas fehlt, wird sofort geholfen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist traditionell und gemĆ¼tlich. Das Meer und die beliebtesten Ziele in diesem Teil von Apulien sind mit dem Auto innerhalb einer Stunde erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in einem sehr schƶnen Trullo.

Wir fanden einen sehr schƶnen Trullo mit groƟer Terrasse, Garten und Pool vor. Die Lage ist sehr lƤndlich und angenehm. Idealer Ausgangspunkt zu den bekannten Ausflugspunkten. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus nebenan und sind ƤuƟerst freundlich, dabei aber sehr diskret. Alles in allem ein super schƶner Aufenthalt. jederzeit wieder.

Great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Garden and outside space was a big Plus. We were about 30 min car journey from the beach and all nice and interesting towns. Both airports are about 50min journey by car. The owners of the property are very nice people and were answering quickly to our questions. I'd recommend this property and I hope we will be back there again.

Stay somewhere else !!!!!

Well, it was SO bad that we only stayed one night and demanded a refund and found somewhere else to stay. The "Blurb" promised "Every comfort"but to say this property is "dated" understates the case. The furniture was broken and outdated 20 years ago. The sofa and chairs where broken and held together with staples. NOT upholstery staples though. Staples for paper. The rubber banding supporting the cushions had NO elasticity and probably hasn't had any for 15+ years. The kitchen units, worktops and equipment were broken and dirty. The bed felt like it was made of concrete and the pillows were Wafer thin. There was a VERY thin sheet and nothing else so it was freezing. There was no hot water for washing or showering. The bikes we were promised we could use for exploring were a joke. The biggest was too small for a teenager let alone an adult. the middle size was a Hello Kitty girls bike and the third was a toddlers. All 3 were covered in rust, the gears didn't work, the tyres were flat and bald. Deathtraps !! In the description it said "Quiet of the countryside" yet the road outside is like Silverstone, there is a farm opposite with 2-3 dogs which never stopped barking. Add to this the 5 hour "Tractorfest" all around the property on the first evening meant NO peace at all. The other problem with a 5 hour "Tractorthon" was the flies all of the digging dredged up. The blurb said that it had cable/satelitte TV. This was a large part of the reason we chose this property as we are BIG Rugby fans and didn't want to miss the Rugby World Cup. It didn't have either. When we arrived the Mum and daughter (14-15 years old?) told us that there is a "Tourist tax" in the area which we duly paid. We received no receipt and when I demanded a partial refund so we could move somewhere decent the Elder brother came to sort things out. When I asked him about a refund the tax he had NO idea what I was even talking about ?!?! After a quick chat with the sister and Mum suddenly he remembered it and gave it back. All very suspicious...... We had had more than enough before the 5 hour "Tractorthon" and told them on the sunday morning that we were leaving and asked for a refund, eventually they offered us less than 50% of the money we had paid. Eventually we settled on 4/5ths which was paid back to our credit card. IF you take any notice of the reviews then AVOID this place. Neil and Emma

Verblijf Trulli

Trulli in het dorp Santa Lucia, mooi gelegen in landelijke omgeving met tuin, zwembad en relax plekken. De Trulli is van binnen enigszins gedateerd, maar verder was alles aanwezig. Bij aankomst stond er vers gebakken foccacia klaar met wijn, eitjes en tomaten. Auto is noodzakelijk het dorp biedt weinig vertier.

Good people

The hosts, particularly Lucia, make all the difference. Though the place is smaller than advertised, the outdoor area is excellent, the above ground pool good. We had a hospital drama during our stay, and Lucia and daughter Viviana were great, came to our rescue. The nearest beach is about fifteen Kim's.

Charmant maar verouderd

We werden super ontvangen met heel wat specialiteiten van het huis. Het huis is wel aan wat opfrissing en modernisering toe. Het was zeker niet vuil bij aankomst maar ook niet vers gepoetst. Het was er zeer killig (ook de lakens voelden zo aan de eerste avond). Ik vermoed dat er al een tijd geen verwarming meer was geweest. Het overdekt terras is schitterend. Jammer genoeg konden we door het slechte weer niet genieten van de tuin met zwembad. De buurt is heel rustig, toch wel nog een eindje van Monopoli (grote supermarkt). De eigenaars stonden wel altijd klaar om ons met wat dan ook te helpen.

Fantastic holiday, this home is wonderful, just the taste of Apuglia I wanted, loved the trulli, and the warm welcome from Lucia, and Cosmo was really fantastic, we arrived late in the evening and we were welcomed with a supper of homemade fresh bread, homemade Ricotta cheese, fresh free range eggs, lemoncello, red wine and olive oil, and homemade pear marmalade which all tasted brilliant, it was very cold when we arrived but the house was lovely and warm with a wonderful wood fire burning in the open fireplace in the dining room. Wood for the fire was available when we asked for it, The double bed mattress was very comfortable and the bedrooms had plenty of wardrobe space with enough coat hangers, The bathroom was small, the hot water plentiful, & the shower had good water pressure, there was even a good WIFI signal in fact the home had all the things needed for comfort, a week was far to short a stay and I would give it 5 stars. Anyone who stays here will be made comfortable and given a warm welcome.

Cozy with wonderful hospitality

The owners live next door and welcomed us with figs, tomatoes and eggs from the garden, which was followed up with their own wine (which was very good). The property is very clean and tidy and has everything you need. The inside decor is traditional for a family home rather than being modern and stylish and it does everything you need. We had a great stay.
