Hand-, bath- and beach towels are provided, and all bed linen.

The small pool is great for the little ones and is right next to the bigger pool. There are showers and it is a very clean area. also, sun loungers and umbrellas.

The whole building is quite new and wonderfully clean.

Just to name a few: Pizza and Pasta restaurants, Chinese restaurants, German restaurants, Kebab and burger restaurants, Swedish restaurants, Mexican restaurants, English Bar and restaurants, excellent Seafood restaurants, plenty of Spanish restaurants and bars, English butcher shop, newsagent, beauty salon and dry cleaners.

There are 4 supermarkets within walking distance. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Saturday market, famous for the huge supply of fresh fruit and vegetables, etc.

The beach is a 10 - 20 minute stroll passing lofts of bars and cafes on the way. The beach is 2 minutes by car or 5 minutes on a bicycle

The accommodation is within 10 minutes' walking distance of supermarkets and the beach, you can explore and enjoy the miles of sandy beaches, promenade bars, and shops along this bustling strip of the Mar Menor, an inland sea with no currents and a wealth of bathing health benefits, which the area is renown for.

There is a wide range of supermarkets with fresh meat, ripe vegetables, and fish ... all at a good price. The locals shop in them too, always a good sign. And if you like wine the price range starts at around two euros a bottle and you can get a good Cabernet for around five euros.

Beaches.
The Los Alcazares side of Mar Menor beaches stretches from Los Alcázares to San Javier and San Pedro del Pinatar. With a surface area of nearly 170 km², a coastal length of 70 km, and warm and clear water no more than 7 m in depth, it is "the largest swimming pool in the world", in the opinion of the famous swimmer and Hollywood actress Esther Williams.
