Owner was easy to work with, very responsive. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The condo has been updated. Great location for hiking and getting into town. We really enjoyed ourselves. We are hoping to rent again in the future.

Last minute getaway!

We had a great stay in Colleen’s unit at the Seasons. Everything was as advertised in the listing. Colleen was great host and very responsive. The unit was very clean and updated. It was well appointed and had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend this unit!

Excellent Experience

We stayed at this condo at The Seasons complex for the solar eclipse. We have stayed in these condos over the years, and have yet to be disappointed. This updated condo was well appointed and had everything we needed: a comfortable bed and kitchen amenities including a Keurig. The view out of all the windows was of the woods. It is dog friendly, including dog bowls and the phone number for the vet taped on the refrigerator. We did not use it this visit, but there is also a pool, exercise room and outdoor tennis/basketball courts. Our hostess was extremely gracious, and answered all our questions in a timely fashion. The condo complex is conveniently located for attractions appropriate across a range of ages, including cross country/downhill skiing, Storyland, and much hiking. If you are interested in a town experience, North Conway has many restaurants and stores, with friendly vibes. The town of Jackson is also a worthwhile visit. We highly recommend this condo, which would be appropriate for a couple or a family with a couple of kids.

Hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! First of all, the pictures do not do it justice. This condo was quite large and fit my family of 5 just perfectly with space to spare. The rooms are very spacious and it has two full bathrooms. Access to in condo washer/dryer and dishwasher was so very convenient during our busy week of skiing. This property is so accessible to everywhere we wanted to go: Bretton woods, Cranmore, North Conway shops, Mount Washington snow coach (which was SO COOL), snow shoeing and even a sleigh ride at Nestlenook. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities for children that the condo association had to offer including: Arcade, pool table, ping pong, pool, and air hockey. Would love to stay again!

Family Ski Trip

We really enjoyed our visit. Host was super helpful and friendly. On site staff at amenities building were all very friendly. Basement level was perfect for our dog. Close to the mountains and restaurants we wanted to visit. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and we would stay again.

scenic getaway

Beautiful property in the woods. Cozy condo, with a beautiful back yard, woods and nature. Minutes away, you can be shopping, dining, or enjoying some of the most beautiful mountains in the country, the white mountains. Return home to a wood stove,very comfartable sleeping arrangements, will be going back.

Very cozy apartment close to the slopes

We stayed at the property for 5 days with our adult children and dogs. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It's super cozy and feels like you've lived there from day one. The kitchen is fully stocked. Colleen is very friendly, responds promptly to text messages, and provided extensive information about the area.

Just what the doctor ordered !

This was basically our first vacation since Covid and a family member undergoing major surgery…. and so it was a last minute reservation. So many thanks to Colleen for help making this happen ! We absolutely loved her place and absolutely everything was as described. An unexpected treat was when you sit on the back deck all you see is pristine forest ! Thanks again from ALL of us. Hope to return during ski season !

Return stay...

We stayed @ Colleen's place this past summer and loved it so much we returned this winter. In the interim, she has upgraded a number of things- making an already lovely property even better! We've so enjoyed our stay and Colleen is readily available for more info and recommendations. Can't wait till we have another excuse to return! The location is perfect- easy access to eateries and activities.

The three C's! Clean, Cozy and Close to everything

We have stayed at the Seasons in the past and always enjoy it. Colleen's condo lived up to our family's hopes. Our kids enjoyed the bunk bed room and clubhouse. My wife and I enjoyed the proximity to the various activities we were looking to do in the area.

Convenient location-adequate place

No complaints, just could be a little brighter. A dishwasher and pots available, but not many sizes. All was clean. Owner very accommodating and pleasant. I’d stay there again.

Nice place minutes from Attitash Mnt

Colleen was easy to communicate with and the place was nice and clean. From reading all the signs in the building I don’t think this condominium is as pet friendly as they advertise. I did have permission to bring my dogs but could tell they were not exactly wanted there. I ended up leaving my dogs home so it wouldn’t be a stressful event for us all.

Great place for a vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. Colleen was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The condo is literally a mile from Attitash and right down the street from every amenity you could need! Pool, hot tub and club house were a bonus as well!

The condo is very cozy. The king size bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. The condo has a cute back porch and private feel. The owner was excellent to communicate with. We skied and hiked and enjoyed our stay.

Great location for a NH getaway

Perfectly located for exploring the area during foliage season. Plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out and relax. Colleen checked in with us a few times via text to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation

I highly recommend staying at Colleen’s condo during your trip to NH. It exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our family vacation. Colleen was a wonderful host. She sent us informational emails and keys to the unit in advance. She sent us a text on our first day to make sure we got in and everything was okay. She was also quick to respond to our texts. Regretfully, I initially complicated the travel dates and further complicated the check-out date, inconveniencing both Colleen and the house cleaner. I was impressed by (and grateful for) Colleen’s ability to remain patient, flexible, and kind during both situations. We found every room to be immaculate. I was a bit nervous that my husband's dander allergy would be a problem because pets have been allowed in the unit. Fortunately, there was no evidence that pets had been there. The condo felt more like a cozy cabin in the woods. The eclectic decor thoughtfully placed throughout the unit added warmth and a homey touch. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The condo kept fairly cool, but it was nice to have air conditioning available as well. My husband and I enjoyed our bedroom with a king-sized bed with exceptionally soft sheets, access to the back porch through a sliding door, and a beautifully decorated master bathroom. Our daughters loved the bunk beds and having their own bathroom across the hall. My daughters entertained themselves while hanging out on the back porch and exploring in the woods. They also had fun at the playground, and at the pool and arcade at the Clubhouse. The location was great. We especially appreciated being 5 minutes away from Story Land and an aquarium. Diana’s Bath and Echo Lake were also minutes away. Unfortunately, we missed both as Diana’s Bath was far too crowded and we were too late in our effort to make a parking reservation at the lake. This homey condo with a wonderful host, great amenities, and location close to popular attractions is the perfect place to stay for anyone planning a visit to New Hampshire.

Perfect spot in White Mtns

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at The Seasons; it's perfectly located to enjoy all sorts of activities and is accessible to many restaurants. This particular condo is one of the most comfortable I've been in. It is clean and nicely kept. There's AC- which isn't always found in the mountains. The Clubhouse is well appointed- just some COVID considerations. We enjoyed the hot tub especially after climbing Mt Washington! Colleen is a great host- lots of wonderful recommendations and is very available with communication- even as soon as I had a confirmed booking! I will be looking forward to the next time we'll get away to the White Mountains. It'll be great knowing there's such a wonderful place to stay.

Close to everything

We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I have is there is a distinct smell of smoke right as you go into the door of 8a. I had to make sure the dehumidifier was running or it was musty smelling. Not being able to use the washer and dryer was also a problem.
