In addition, the loft has two daybeds and the game/tv room has a queen size sofa bed. The dining room table seats 10. The house has radiant floor heat throughout.

The house is equipped with foosball and ping-pong tables, a chess table, card and board games, HDTV, Apple TV, movies, DirecTV, video games and Starlink satellite Internet service. The house is equipped with a Verizon cellular booster. Motion activated security camera installed on driveway only.

Note that an apartment above the garage that sleeps up to four guests may be rented separately. We will never rent the apartment if guests are staying in the main house.
