Finely restored apartment, located in one of the four historic districts of the city of Cagliari (Villanova). The house is located in a quiet and peaceful area, an advantageous position that allows you to easily reach the most interesting places in the city and is equipped with all the necessary services. The property has been completely renovated, maintaining the original features, fully furnished and equipped.
Located on the ground floor in Via San Giovanni 187, this unfortunately does not make it very bright, like most of the structures located in ancient buildings.
The accommodation boasts an open space with seating area, flat screen TV, air conditioning, comfortable sofa bed and kitchen equipped with every comfort.
There are two bedrooms, one with a single bunk bed and a second with air conditioning, double and single bed and cot on request.
Equipped with two bathrooms, one of which complete with toilet, sink, shower, shower and phone, and a second one missing a shower, but equipped with an ironing board and iron.

Historic district with limited traffic from 15.30 to 17.00 and from 21.00 to 07.00. A three-minute walk from the apartment there is a multi-storey car park at a cost of 8 euros for 24 hours.

At 30 meters from the hotel there is also a bus stop with line 7 that runs through the historic center of the city.
Depending on the number of guests, the entire apartment or open space with a sofa bed and a bathroom will be delivered.
Check-in will be guaranteed from 16:00 to 19:00, outside these hours it will be necessary to agree with the host.
