The Cabin is only 4 houses from the Village Entrance

Main Floor: Lake Front Master Bedroom with King Bed, Full Bath, Back Bedroom with Queen Bed, Living Room with Stone Fireplace, Dining Area, Full Kitchen (original retro appliances that work great), Kitchen Bar, and Laundry Room.

Top Floor Suite: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Bunk Bed, Half Bath, and Sitting Area.

Lower Level Apartment (Exterior Access Only): 2 King Beds, 3/4 Bath, and Lake Front View.

Outside: 2 Patios (1 is Lake Front) with plenty of Tables and Chairs.

Amenities: Wifi, Cable TV, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, Dining Plates and Utensils, Pots & Pans, Cooking Utensils, Gas BBQ, Washer & Dryer, and Endless Opportunities to relax and have fun!

Other things to note
Parking Area: Above the cabin. Approximately 3 cars will fit parallel to the road.
No other off-street parking is available on the road.

Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. Renters do not have access to the lake and Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) properties. Please act in accordance with ALA policies.

Cabin was specious with plenty of room for multiple families everything was close by even walking distance. The cabin has everything you from coffee machine , air frier, toaster , pots pans . We enjoyed our stay . Cabin is abit out dated but everything functioned.

The location of this cabin is amazing. We stay here every year for Oktoberfest in the village and it is so convenient and easy to walk. John is always very responsive and helpful. The cabin is large and can easily accommodate two families with kids. Highly recommend!

Best Location

We come up every year for Oktoberfest at the village, this place couldn’t be more convenient. Close walk to the village and large enough for multiple families to stay.

Wonderful location

We had a great stay here. There was plenty of room for my family of 5 and friend’s family of four, we could have easily fit more people. The location really can’t be beat (right on the lake and walking distance to the village without having to cross any busy streets!). The cabin is a little outdated, but had everything we needed for a fun long weekend and the host really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We would 100% stay here again.

Great view of lake!

My family and I had an amazing time with our family. This cabin was PERFECT for us.we especially loved being so close to the lake. The owner was extremely communicative and offered extra information that made our snow play even more fun! We look forward to staying here again.

Cozy cabin and prime location

Our family had an amazing stay here! It has the classic cabin vibe, with in an unbeatable view of the lake. It’s also walking distance to the village! It was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our family during our stay. Check in and check out was an easy process, John was very kind and made sure we had all of the information we needed. We will be planning another trip up in the future and will definitely be staying here again!

Winchester mystery house

This cabin is in a great location. But it feels like the winchester mystery house with all the doors and lights and underground stairs that lead to basement and secret doors in walls and also it needs a little updating.

The cabin is cozy and in an excellent location

Our teenagers loved the ambiance and there is plenty of room for everyone. Would love to stay during the summer and take advantage of the lake.

Wonderful Lakehouse Retreat!

We had the best weekend at John's lakefront cabin. Floated on tubes off the dock, BBQ'd on the deck, and really got to relax - and the house was spacious and very nice! Great communication and prep from the host too so we felt really prepared with all we needed to access everything available to us. Plus the Village so close by was really convenient, no need to drive. Thank you so much, we are hoping to come back once a summer for years to come!

Location is spectacular with a "private" beach

My family of 5 adults and 5 children stayed for 4 nights. The kids (6, 10, 11,11 and 12) loved the bunk bed room. They played at the beach, used all the supplied water toys, played soccer in the open space and loved every minute. The house is quite roomy. Yes, it is "funky," but we loved it. Also there is a 2 minute walk to Lake Arrowhead Village. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of towels. Thank you John.

Great

This home is in a perfect location!!!! We rented this home last year and came back this year to create more family memories..... My kids loved it as much as the adults. The owner replies immediately to any questions you may have. I totally recommend this home as it is in a great location and it has plenty of room to enjoy your experience.

LOVED...LOVED THE CABIN!!!!

I will definitely go back!!!! The house is absolutely great! If you forgot something, it is probably already there and well stocked of items. The bedding was set up with bunk beds was the best!!!! Three stories, all perfect. Comfy, cozy, very roomy and just the best view, very clean and overall fabulous!!!! The pictures are memories to remember until next trip to this cabin. Excellent time had by these 6 adults and 4 little boys!!! Thank You!!!!

Great vacation

We had such a great time staying in this house. The lake is right infront of the house and the village near by. Any questions or concerns we had John answered them right away. We're defitnetly coming back!!!

Good private beach

The house smells like a smoker lived there for some years. It's a strong smell. The oven and stove top smelled liked gas, which worried me, because we had kids. The porch is narrow but functional. Nice table. We could watch the kids playing at the private beach-- this was nice. It was close enough to town to walk (good) and also close enough to hear drunken shenanigans on weekends (bad). The manager wasn't worried about the gas smell, which was fine, I guess. To each his own. We did like being able to watch the kids play in the lake on our private beach from our narrow but functional patio.

Weekend family fun in a rustic lakefront home

We really enjoyed our weekend at this cabin. It had all the comforts of home and the location is excellent. We walked into town easily. The home is well kept and although older, is clean and inviting. The owner of the property is a pleasure to work with. We will rent this property again if possible in the summer, too!

We love this house!!!

I know I will rent this house again! It is old, but it feels like you went to visit your grandmother. Everything in the house makes you feel welcome. The view of the lake is wonderful. The location is wonderful. We had our whole family of 14 under the one roof and we felt cozy not cramped. Thank you John for a great weekend! Hopefully we will be there this summer too.

Amazing location and great owner!

This home is lakeside and literally 4 houses away from Arrowhead Village! John the owner was wonderful to work with and very accommodating - quick to respond to emails/inquiries. We booked this property understanding that it was on the older side. Our family didn't mind the dated nature of the cabin. If you're expecting fancy and lavish, this is not the property for you. We had a wonderful experience and to be steps away from the lake was incredible! The view from the cabin is astounding!

Thanksgiving in Lake Arrowhead

Perfectly located to both the lake and the city shopping. We had a great time and having the firewood available was perfect since the weather was very cold. The house is quite old with no upgrades, so the interior is well worn, but comfortable. One bedroom is really a separate apartment which is only accessible by going outside. The outside of oven gets very hot and can cause quite a burn, which it did. The beds were comfortable and with clean sheets with great warm blankets. Parking is not too bad, we were able to get 4 cars parked, 3 vans/SUV. Great hiking and a fabulous view of the lake.

Well furnished older cabin in a great location

The cabin was perfect for our needs! We had four couples and two small children in our party, and there was ample space for all of us! The fact that the house was only a short walk from Lake Arrowhead Village was great, and we loved walking the trails. It's definitely an older house, and shows some wear and tear, but it's well-stocked, and fully functioning (no weird quirks to speak of in the kitchen, which was a plus!), and clean. Again, it was perfect for what we were looking for, and I'd definitely stay there again!

Great Location

Property is exactly as shown in photos - a little dated but nice and clean. Great location as it is within walking distance to Arrowhead Village (about three houses from Village gate). Lake is literally in the back yard and there were a couple of inner tubes at the home that our kids were able to use. Very short drives (five to 10 minutes) to local beach clubs and Lake Gregory. We were three families of four (six adults and six children between the ages of 11 and 16) and the house was large enough for all of us. Only drawback was that the third floor bath only has a tub, so not really usable for showering. Other than that, John (owner) was great, very accommodating, and quick to respond, letting us check in early and offering a later check-out time.
