On the ground floor there is an independent kitchen, fully equipped, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a living-dining room with a dining table for 6 and Smart TV and a terrace which can be accessed from the kitchen, the bedroom and the living room.

On the second floor are the other two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with a bathtub, and the third with two single beds next to another bathroom with a shower tray and a terrace which can be accessed from both bedrooms.

On the third and final floor there is a large terrace-solarium with a barbecue and shower, perfect for enjoying a good gathering with friends/family and refreshing yourself between rounds in the sun.



Both the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and there is free high-speed internet with fibre optic.



Parking space subject to availability for €6 / night.



All terraces have sea views and the development features extensive gardens, as well as a large open-air swimming pool in 2024 from 1 July to the end of September (10am to 3pm and 5pm to 9pm) and a tennis court.

Located at the Port of Tomás Maestre, there is a large supermarket less than 5 minutes' walk away (Supercor), surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy...

Furthermore, at the back they set up a market stall every Saturday morning and less than 10 minutes' walk from the building there is a sports centre with tennis courts, padel and five-a-side football, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight training...



The Mar Menor beach (Paquebote) is 400 metres away and the Mediterranean is 600 metres away.

The area has several children's playgrounds.

Dogs are admitted with prior notice (€25 extra per stay).

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, confirmation is required before booking and an extra fee of €30 applies.

Professional cleaning before and after the stay.

Keys are collected at the Spanish Connection office in Cabo de Palos. Details will be confirmed before arrival.
