Beautiful Mediterranean Style home at Swiss Waterski Resort with spectacular infinity pool. Situated on 0.7 acre (2800 m2) of landscaped property close to the 18 hole golf course (Swiss Fairways) – Tea #1.

The large heated pool 41x25 feet (12x7 meters) and the waterfall jacuzzi/spa with the brand new spacious pool deck are what our guests love so much and describe as one of the nicest they have experienced. Open all the sliding doors at the rear of the home and the living room/bed room become part of the pool side offering privacy and a lot of relaxing time. Numerous sun beds and patio tables as well as rattan patio furniture are there for all our guests to enjoy the sunshine state. Switch on the landscape lights in the trees and pool when the sun goes down and enjoy your evening after a day in the waterski slalom course at the world class Swiss Waterski Resort, on the golf course or at the pool! Clever landscaping provides seclusion and privacy to the large back yard.

In order to be mobile within the resort we offer you 3 bicycles plus an MTB and a golf cart to use for free.

Waterski: The Swiss Waterski Resort is a world class Waterski facility – probably the best in the world - which welcomes guests from all over the world, incl. the USA, Canada and of course Europe, e.g. France, Italy, Switzerland as well as skiers and non-skiers from many more countries. It is a perfect place for waterskiers who take the sport seriously, pros, advanced skiers or beginners who just want to get on the water and have fun. If you walk to the ski deck it is likely that you meet one of the world's top 10 slalom skiers. With 4 man-made lakes, one natural lake and the Florida sunshine this waterski resort has some of the best ski conditions in the world. Even when it's windy all around Florida the Swiss Waterski Resort is usually well protected from the wind.

Golf beginners or advanced players will love the unique course. Swiss Fairways golf course offers a championship design. This par 70 layout will test even the most advanced player. Although the low handicapper will be challenged, less advanced players will enjoy the play due to accommodating tees. Enjoy your day while taking in the scenic views, like the signature 2nd hole. It’s a par 3 that overlooks water skiers who are part of the Swiss Waterski Resort.

Florida vacation

The property is beautiful and was exactly as advertised. The subdivision is gated and the neighbors were friendly. Reto made the experience wonderful and super easy. Would not hesitate to book this home again!

Family time

The house was great! What made our stay amazing was the friendly interactions I had with the owners!! Everything noted on the listing was exactly as was in the house. My family LOVED the pool, especially at night w/ the lights. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. We are considering booking again for our next family gathering.

Paradise and home all in one

Let me start by saying, Reto and Karin are the loveliest and most attentive hosts! They communicated throughout and were always available for questions. The house is absolutely exquisite! Beautiful, roomy, well stocked, and peacefully quiet. The pool and spa are like a resort in of themselves! The tub in the bathroom is large and lovely as well! The care and detail that go into this house is evident and we will be returning to stay again! Thank you Reto and Karin for being so wonderful and allowing us to stay in your amazing home.

Beautiful spot by the golf course

A great get away with friends for a week. Beautiful, clean and updated home. Has all the necessities in the kitchen, pool area and many towels and bedding. Great garage with everything you need including small cooler and lawn chairs. Only disappointing thing was that the pool only got warm enough to use one or two days. The heating system was not efficient enough to warm up for swim on a daily basis. Hot tub was amazing. Also had to supply ourselves with paper products and garbage bags. But owner was very sincere and apologetic. Would go back again. Great location close to many activities.

Best Vacation Ever!!!

We loved the six weeks spent at this Swiss Waterski Villa so much, we’ve already reserved seven weeks for next year! The home is luxuriously beautiful inside and out with comfortable beds, top of the line appliances, and two gorgeous garden tubs! It is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. The private heated infinity pool and spa were amazing! We enjoyed riding bikes and using the golf cart. We are not skiers or golfers, but this was the perfect place for us! Restaurants, shopping of all kinds, parks, and a modern movie theater are just minutes away., as well as the quaint downtown area with a weekly market. Although we’ve visited Cancun, Cozumel, and the DR several times, this is where we plan to be next year!!! Reto and Carein were wonderful, generous hosts, responding promptly anytime contacted. Five stars, all the way!

Perfect Peaceful Oasis

This property is the perfect getaway if you want to relax & escape life for a bit. The outdoor space is amazing. The saltwater pool is huge and the spa is super quiet. The view at night is breathtaking. The covered, screened patio is new with plenty of space & new furniture. The rooms are spacious with comfortable furniture and the kitchen is well stocked. One really nice touch is the essentials are provided such as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, along with pool tools & floats. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of space between the houses. There are grocery stores and restaurants just a few minutes away. Pizza Hut delivers quickly. I would recommend Goombas Italian/Pizza & Texas Roadhouse both in Clermont Landings if you want sit down. Also the Rainbow Restaurant on Rte 50 for a old fashion diner-type experience. One unique benefit of this property, is that you really feel secluded but everything is so close & convenient. Reto & Karin are dedicated owners who obviously love their home & it shows. They make everything from booking to checkout easy and explain everything you need to know along the way. I really felt when we booked that we were welcomed as friends and they were as excited to share the house as we were to stay there. We are looking forward to another stay in just a few months!

Summer Paradise Awaits You!

We just came back from a 7 night stay in this beautiful home! Reto and Karin are wonderful hosts, and their home is absolutely gorgeous and welcoming. From the moment we walked in, this home met all of our expectations and more. The backyard, pool and spa is incredible!! You will be in for a treat when the outdoor lighting comes on at night. Such a paradise! We felt right at home from day one. The bedrooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are too. The kitchen is fully stocked with any items you will need for cooking. The screened in porch was a perfect way to start and end our days….just relaxing and listening to music. The salt water pool is spectacular and the backyard is private. Such a wonderful oasis! Our kids couldn’t get enough of the pool and would be in it all day if we let them. This location was wonderful, as we love golfing. It was an easy drive to Disney World as well. Reto and Karin were wonderful with communication, and they were available to answer any questions that we had. Even prior to the trip, Reto made us feel comfortable and welcomed. It was hard to leave this home at the end of our vacation, but we are looking forward to coming back in the future. This house comes highly recommended. If your looking for a place to relax in beautiful surroundings, then this is the home for you!

Perfection!

This was the second time we stayed at Reto and Karin’s beautiful villa. If I could give 20 stars for how wonderfully they communicate before, during, and after the stay, I would. Everything is well explained and any questions are quickly answered. The house as mentioned is absolutely spectacular. Our family of four had plenty of room. On the main level, there are two bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. Perfect for privacy and relaxation for family members. The rooms are spacious, inviting, and very comfortable. Both have access to the amazing backyard retreat. The kitchen which was redone since we had stayed there last, is stocked and offers anything you would need to make a homemade meal for the family. (I love the kitchen!) The master is upstairs and allowed for quiet privacy after each day. The master also has a beautiful private deck that extends from the master bedroom. My husband and I spent our nights with a night cap on the deck overlooking the breathtaking outside views. There is also a private master bath complete with a huge soaker tub that is comfortable and spacious enough for two! (There is also one of these tubs on the main level, in one of the baths as well). The outside space is breathtaking with a saltwater infinity pool and spa! There is a covered screened in area as well with a designated dining area and seating area. This area is spacious as well! We love this home and cannot wait to return! Thank you Reto and Karin!♥️

Paradise

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood that sits on a golf course. We were very pleased with everything about this house. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with a beautiful house I would recommend. The pool / hot tub area at night with all the lights is like your own Tropical Oasis. The house was wonderful but to top off the experience Reto and Karin provided top notch customer service.

Viajamos en familia y la pasamos muy bien. La casa es espectacular, amplia, muy comoda, bonita, bien decorada, muy limpia con una piscina grande y un jacuzzi espectacular. El conjunto tiene un lago muy bonito y zonas verdes muy bien cuidadas. Da gusto caminar por el conjunto.

Amazing home getaway for R&R and local activites

The property was absolutely perfect for our R&R. The home is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Access to the full s8ze pool and spa as well as golf, ski and biking equipment is also made available by the home owner. Check in and communication was timely and accurate We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the near future.

Both of us, Karin and Reto, are passionate waterskiers. This is our favorite hobby; we really love it. It has been our dream for a long time to own a villa within the main complex of the Swiss Waterski Resort. In May 2016, our dream came true and we were able to buy our dream villa - Villa 45. Since then we have spent a lot of time updating the villa, not just inside with new furniture, new appliances and a new 60" TV but also outside.

We extended the pool deck, replaced the whole pool technique, i.e. heater, pumps etc. and resurfaced the pool. We also replaced the A/C system for your best convenience and focused on the garden, trees and surrounding with the goal to make our villa a villa for our guests to enjoy, relax and feel spoiled, as if they were home away and want to return.

We really love our place and usually spend some time here at the Swiss Waterski Resort in spring and in autumn. When we don't use the Villa we rent it out - to waterskiers, golfers and guests who just want to enjoy the sun, the pool and the Florida weather or want to visit and experience the famous parks at International Drive in Orlando - they are just 40 minutes away.

We are both Swiss; therefore, you won't miss a Swiss Nespresso coffee machine including 10 portions of coffee for free. There are bicycles, sun chairs, a new BBQ grill and a lot of amenities for you to use for free. You can even rent our own Golf Cart for a small fee - just take care of it...

Treat our house with the same care as if it was yours... you will love it.
