5 Bedroom 4.5 Bath with over 2900 sqft. of Living Space. Brand new Deck overlooking natural pond with outdoor seating, entertaining and grilling.

Short bike ride to the Beach. Only 5 minute drive to Rehoboth Avenue and Boardwalk.

Every room has a tranquil water view. Cathedral Ceilings, Large open Living and Dining room area with 55 inch HDTV, eat in Kitchen, stainless steel appliances and Gas range.

1st and 2nd Floor Master Suites, cozy 2nd floor Loft Sitting Area with kids hideout. Full Basement with 2 Bedrooms, Full Bathroom and additional Living Area with 60 inch 4k SUHD TV and 8ft Professional Pool Table.

Great Community Amenities with 2 Outdoor Pools, Clubhouse Fitness Center, Tennis
/Basketball Court as well.

East of Rt 1 All back-roads to the Beach. Just Minutes to Rehoboth Ave, Boardwalk, Beach, Junction and Breakwater Bike Trails, Shopping, Outlets.

IMPORTANT: We do not provide Sheets or Towels for your stay. Each bed is provided with 2 pillows, 2 shams and a comforter. Please let me know if you have any questions prior to your stay. If you need a company to supply sheets and towels we will happily refer you to the company we recommend!

Nice location for off season vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood and big enough for our 6 adults and 2 fur children. Mike, the host, was very easy to reach and accommodating.

perfect stay

The townhouse was very spacious and much bigger then we thought Everyone in our group had plenty of space . Neighborhood is very quite and perfect for morning or evening walks .We had no issues with the town home and never needed to contact owner . We would definitely rent again Thanks for a great week

Excellent location, beautiful property!!

At our recent stay in June 2024, the property was just as described and absolutely beautiful. This particular townhouse was in a prime spot within the community being an end unit. It was close to the pool, perfect to bike around the neighborhood and a short drive to the beach. The rooms were spacious and the perfect layout for a larger group. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning next year!

Relaxing week at the beach

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect - we could easily bike to the beach and there are lots of amenities in the community. The townhouse has lots of space so everyone could spread out and relax. Michael is a great host - he is very engaged and responsive and any questions or concerns we had he handled quickly and to our satisfaction. We would definitely consider another stay!

Peaceful and close to everything

First of all Mike is an awesome host! We love this neighborhood because it is in a beautiful area -quiet, well maintained, great amenities and in close proximity to all we needed. Easy bike or car to beach and boardwalk and quick trips to the grocery store, restaurants and great shops.

Lovely house!

The house was great for our family. Very spacious and overall clean. The only thing i noticed was our feet got black walkkng around without shoes on and the fridge water filter needs replaced. Outside of that, we loved the property and location and will likely be visitng again in the future!

Fantastic property

We had a very comfortable experience staying at this property. Michael, the owner, made himself available before and during our stay! The townhouse is very clean, very quiet, super cute and current. It is stocked with everything you need for staying in or enjoying the outdoors. The property is in a great community, and if you’re a cyclist, super close the the Junction and Breakwater trailhead. You can walk or bike to Revelation Craft Brew, and biking into town is a breeze. We saw deer, fox, birds just sitting on the back porch. Great for families and pet-friendly. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Townhouse! Clean!

We enjoyed the pools when the beach was packed on Labor Day weekend! Enjoyed the back deck and Elsie, the canine enjoyed the close access to the yard! The basement bedrooms are better left for the younger crowd! Our party of four adults all over the age of 64 enjoyed our stay and would stay at the Grande at Canal Pointe again!

Very nice property

This was a very nice rental property and we enjoyed our stay. Below are pros and cons to the unit: PROS: - End unit - Spacious (plenty of beds/bathrooms for everyone) - Two parking spaces in the driveway with additional parking close by - Complex pool and playground within walking distance -Beach umbrella and camping chairs (not low, reclining beach chairs) along with other misc beach items available for use - Close (less than 10 minute drive) to beach, boardwalk, shopping and Jungle Jims - Owner very responsive - Easy check in and check out CONS: - This is a rental property and it shows. The unit is in dire need of a total paint job and a professional rug cleaning would be beneficial. - The kitchen is a mishmash of all things culinary and there is no organization to any of the drawers/cabinets. - Parking Permits for the town of Rehoboth are not provided.

Into to Rehoboth Beach DE

This was our first time staying in Rehoboth Beach and we loved it! Everything was nearby and the house had the perfect space for our family party of 7, all adults, + dog. The house could use a paint job but otherwise it was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with everything you need. Michael responded promptly to all of our questions and even offered an early check-in since the place was clean and ready a day early. Highly recommend!

First time renters

The condo was clean upon our arrival. Nice neighborhood, plenty of room for 2 labs to run. The pool is a great plus when the ocean is too cold to get in. Owner was very accommodating and responded quickly when we had a question.

Great Family Vacation
