Fully furnished 3-bedroom townhouse at the entrance to Rehoboth Beach from Route 1. Close to the outlets; across the street from the YMCA; around the corner from the Big Fish Grill; and a short walk to Jungle Jim’s Amusements and Water Park, Pasquilini’s Bakery, and Fractured Prune’s famous hot doughnuts! Short walk to downtown; easy bike ride to the beach!

Central air conditioning, WiFi, HDTV in Living Room and all three bedrooms; BluRay players and HDMI hookups (so you can bring your personal streaming devices and favorite services,) phone, washer & dryer, fireplace, screened porch, outdoor shower, community tennis court and pool (in season) and two off street parking spaces plus guest spaces. Well equipped kitchen with dishes and cookware, dishwasher, microwave & small appliances.

Sleeps six (one queen, one double and two twin beds.)

Close and quaint beach condo

Quaint place with access to pool and short walk to restaurants. Short drive to beach and have included a beach park pass. We asked for suggestion of owners on an urgent care and they are super quick to respond. We may outgrow this place in next few years, but will definitely stay again while we can. Only con was dryer didn't work but we made due with hanging everything.🙂

Great host, would stay again

Third visit to Rehoboth. The house is spacious, and the pool on site is a huge perk. Backyard setting and screened porch was nice in evenings. Fractured Prune donuts and great seafood were walking distance. Communication with owner was top notch before during and after stay. Crystal Restaurant was about 3 min away and we highly recommend. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Cleaning services are of shortage in the area so renters do the cleaning which is specified in the listing. If we brought my older parents again we’d stay closer to Boardwalk since they weren’t comfortable driving across 1A themselves and dealing with traffic. Otherwise for those with no driving issues we’d easily stay again. Calm place to retreat to as opposed to staying up by busy boardwalk! Loved it. 5 stars

Rehoboth Townhouse

The owner made the entire process easy and enjoyable! The location is quiet but also close to everything- the beach, shops and restaurants. A parking pass to the beach is included! I would definitely come back!

Rehoboth vacation

Communication with the owner was very timely. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, convenient location, and the development’s pool that was a very short walk from the house!

Enjoyable

The property is located in a small older looking condominium with the advantage of being in a walking distance to a great Restaurant and access to the beach. Having the parking permit to the city of Rehoboth helped ease the parking challenge. Pool felt very good and well maintained. The only detail was that the living room, dining area and screened porch areas were somewhat dark. I had to turn on the lamps light during the day to brighten the living room and dining room while in the house. Otherwise, the owner responds timely and instructions were helpful.

The Perfect Rental

My family and I loved our rental. The townhouse was super clean, great quiet neighborhood, the pool was perfect and a very short drive to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely Rehoboth townhome!

We rented this house for a week with our 4 kids. It was perfect for us and provided everything you'd expect and more. The location is great, close to everything. Neighborhood is chill and quiet, and the pool was really nice and never crowded. The owners were easy to work with, super nice and communicated well. The kitchen is fully equipped, we were able to cook easily and had all the tools we needed. Nice screened in porch with seating, cute little shaded backyard. If you plan on bringing a crib or pack and play for a baby, the only room it will fit in is the master bedroom. We planned on setting it up in the room with the full size bed, but the room was very small. It was no big deal though, it fit fine in our room. Very nice rental, we had a great week!

Betty and Bill were wonderful to work with.

This was my 5th rental of the summer as my new home construction was delayed and I must say it was by far the best experience. Betty and Bill were very accommodating (even sent keys overnight). The location is perfect and the property was very clean. Wish I could have spent my entire time there.

Nice place, as described.

We had a nice time. Property is a short drive or bike ride to the beach. Bike rental place, shops, restaurants, and coffee around the corner. Internet great too. Didn't use the pool although its there. Owner very responsive before, during, and after stay.

Spacious layout, so my city kids could get their own room!

Sweet, comfy home on a quiet street; close to restaurants, the Y (basketball gym for my teens), fresh seafood shop, and donuts! A quick car or bike ride to the beach. Oh, and an outdoor shower!

Great location

Awesome location, very close drive to the beach and walking distance to the pool. The parking pass to park on local roads is very helpful, we were able to park extremely close to the beach each day. The house was clean, but the outside porch floor and furniture was pretty dirty and the outside area in general is very buggy. Overall we had a great experience and vacation and would stay at this location again. The owners are incredibly responsive and generally care that you have a comfortable stay in their home.

Great vacation experience

This townhouse was perfectly suited for my husband and me, our 2 children and 2 grandchildren. We had a wonderful time. The owner is terrific to work with. Very responsive to our questions in advance and accurate in all information provided. Security deposit was promptly returned after departure. Wonderful location. Just a short ride to the beach. Parking was never a problem. The townhouse community is very quiet and well maintained. We all enjoyed the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with even more items than we have at home. Loads of cleaning supplies so check closets before buying at the store. There were even kids-oriented placements that the children loved. The screened-in porch was delightful to sit in for relaxing, reading and eating. The outdoor shower kept the house free of beach sand. Air conditioning, washer and dryer all worked very well; beds were very comfortable. Plenty of drawer and closet space throughout. Bathroom in master bedroom a big plus. We walked to the nearby ice cream shop and the water park. Definitely would stay again and we recommend the place to friends/family.

Great Place!

The house was a great place to stay! Five of my friends and I stayed here, and there was ample space for all of us to hang out, cook, and relax. We didn't have a car, so we biked to the beach and to the main strip- all of which was a quick and safe ride. I'd recommend the house for a great vacation.

Rehoboth stay

The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. The screened in back porch was great for reading outside in the evenings. It is located in a very nice neighborhood and is quiet and very relaxing. We had a great week!

Nice townhouse at a reasonable price

This townhouse was very reasonably priced & accurately described. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Although two of the bedrooms were small, we really didn't need more space. The owner was very helpful prior to our arrival and even checked in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was OK. We enjoyed the pool which was a short walk away and the seafood store which was directly behind our unit. The screened in porch and out-door shower were nice especially after a day at the beach. I thought that the location would be inconvenient to the beach but it really wasn't. The owner provided a Rehoboth Beach parking pass for one car. The adults frequently walked to the beach. I would rent this unit again and recommend it to friends.

I had rented this property for 11 years before the previous owners decided to sell. When they did, I immediately knew I wanted to purchase it to continue renting it to others, so they could enjoy it as much as I did.

You can walk to Fractured Prune (hot doughnuts), the local YMCA (for working out), or to Jungle Jim's Amusements and Water Park. The house is very close to outlets; the boardwalk/ beach are a short bike ride away. This is a great 'home base' for a visit either on- or off-season; it's a wonderful place to relax.
