The home is fully furnished and stocked with an equipped kitchen and full sized washer/dryer. The living room was recently renovated with light marble tile.

Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of two locked utility closets.
We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

Neighborhood:
Simple quiet Old Florida neighborhood. In the middle of everything, you will have easy access to local restaurants, downtown Historic Melbourne and the Beaches. Downtown Historic Melbourne is 10 minutes away and the beach is 15 minutes away. We recommend renting a car or using Uber or Lyft to get around the area. Public transportation in the area is not optimal.

Other Things to Note:
Washer/dryer with detergent are located in the covered porch by the kitchen within the exterior lean-to closet.
We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.
